I believe it does. My streaming is smoother now compared to when my upload speed was terrible.

Later got mine yesterday, and the installer came to fix it in the evening.

It was Esim though, the sim number is written on the box. There's a barcode on the inside-unit to just scan and recharge for subsequent months.

But I heard from someone that there's even a sim port inside it for physical sim when one is done with the first month. I'll try to take the ODU down and see whether the port is actually there. The manual shows it is there though.

Would be nice if this is confirmed. Then I will go back and buy the esim like that.

I foresee that device going up in price.

You don talk everything finish, I went to Airtel office yesterday and they said only the esim model was available, I didn't buy it, I left, still searching for the external SIM version

The ODU device is not capped. It's the plan that is capped.

You can change it to a physical sim card after one month of usage if you wish. Info gotten from the airtel Abuja office.

Go to Device Settings > Advanced Settings, Then click on Band Lock. Now, disable only N78 and then save.

Like i said, my device has both. They originally registered it as esim and when it failed to come up, i was asked to come back for a swap to physical sim, which they inserted into the device.

Good thing about the physical sim is that it will probably be easier to remove the Sim than unscrewing everyday to remove Sim from esim variants.

Na imagination be this oh, as I no get first hand information yet.

What colour is it? It seems the black ones are the physical sim versions.

ODU is white, the indoor router is black. Those are the colours for all the variants available now.

Seems it's my turn today, both my X25 pro and ODU have stopped browsing since 9pm yesterday, still down as I type this, but my personal airtel line is browsing just fine, so I guess it affected only data lines.

I have the same problem, it started around 8:30pm - 9pm yesterday, it's 4am now and it's still down. My normal airtel line has also been browsing just fine since the problem started, but the ODU and X25 keep showing no internet despite the full 4g network bars

Change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 in your router or MIFI settings. And you can open any site and stream anything in this world.

Which router are you using?

i swear the x25pro is a better and a more powerful device than the ODU. Just look at the bands on this guy.

Especially if you bought the first x25pros that was unlockable.
