It was hijackers and the delays were from NCDMB and not Testmi, the only thing exam companies do is just administer exams, submit those that pass, it left for the agency to decide who and when to call for Documentation and resumption, my friend that got in that set was called 2 years after.

He wasn't, we did it together, infact we plenty, same processes, same everything but he was the lucky one, we have moved on sef with our lives coz he was lecturing in BUK when he was contacted, and he responded rudely thinking it was scammers, they called him severally he kept ignoring thinking na yahoo boys

My Question is; all those regional development commissions such as Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Northeast Development Commission, NEDC, Southeast Development Commission, SEDC, Southwest Development Commission, SWDC, South South Development Commission, SSDC, Northwest Development Commission, NWDC and North Central Development Commission, NCDC are they A-list, B-list or C-list agencies as I heard that their take home is friendly and some of them may soon commence recruitment.
