Is your own odu physical Sim ... If na physical Sim, were the Sim dey .. is it in the one outside or d one inside

There's no point having all those bands in Nigeria. The 4G bands you see in my screenshot are the bands that covers all the service providers in Nigeria. We only use N78 5G band in Nigeria.

So the Sim spec of the odu .. the Sim is inserted in the one outside .. that means to remove Sim and use with my 4g router wen I am going out with it I have to be climbing up and down everytime I am going out .. if that is the case den... Make I dey manage my 4g router... Airtel network is very bad in my area I used to get 700kbs maximum 1mbps but after I did some inner setting on it... I am getting minimum of 8mbps .. at home and most times 20mbps at work.. I am okay with that, i am still doing the Norma data Sha .. the area data plan ..

Tell us the inner settings boss. Anything to improve connection speed is welcome.

You'll unscrew the button part you'll see the sim though. Check the manual too on how to unscrew e dey there

Drop the settings please, I don’t even get up to a third of this.

Seems it's my turn today, both my X25 pro and ODU have stopped browsing since 9pm yesterday, still down as I type this, but my personal airtel line is browsing just fine, so I guess it affected only data lines.
Still watching.......

Mine happened coincidentally when I swictehd between X25 and m30. And I'm about to do that now. Hopefully e no go happen.

Go to Device Settings > Advanced Settings, Then click on Band Lock. Now, disable only N78 and then save.

yes, unlimited 20mbps. On average, it fluctuates between that and this. Reason why I am urgently waiting for the FibreX to be laid .

If there's FibreX in your location, then go for it. If there's no FibreX, get the new ODU and hang it outside, you will be amazed at the improvement.

I just renewed my subscription a day ago, by end of this month I’ll have either of them. I just wonder what I’ll be doing with this current router as it’s barely a month I got it.

Thanks so much Boss for your time. I can see it has no screw. I'll buy it when my subscription expires instead of renewing. I'll cut out that place where there's supposed to be screws to reveal where the physical sim should be. I'm sure there would be a sim slot hidden there 😀

I don't know if you have already done this but on the manual, they seem to be a sim slot. The admin dashboard also seems to have provide a section to switch between esim and physical, though I don't know how legit that is.

Like my area now, no 5g in my town and my location Airtel is very weak , I mean very week

If U are getting a 5Mbps at times I think you shouldn't tamper with the router settings .. all you have to do it .. change the location of the router.. look for a place in your room that has good and stable network and put it there .. even if you have to put it outside your apartment

You’re in Anambra right? I believe they’ve got an office in Onitsha. Fixing it isn’t much of an Herculean task.

Undertaken on top router . Resources that they should invest in their network is what they want to be chasing people around the country.
