Between roasted corn, and roasted plantain, which one is your first choice?

I remembered during my time as a Keke rider, I have this particular customer whom I always buy roasted plantain from........ . Because of me,my banny got used to it cuz anytime I wanted to eat snacks,na her joint I take dey land...

Roasted plantain o. Too much roasted corn dey give me cough and cattarh.

I'll go for boiled corn anyday anytime.

One reason I don't eat roasted corn or plantain is because of how it's handled by customers. Just go to any shade where corn is being roasted and you'd see dozens of customers touching the whole corn with their bare hands.

Some would even peel off a few seeds to taste if it's soft. I don't find that funny. That's why I don't eat roasted corn.

Ube (pear) is even worse. You'd see people pressing and pressing with their bare hands to find which ones are soft.

I value what I eat biko. I can't eat anything people touch anyhow with their bare hands. I know some people don't have any problem with that but for me, I wouldn't feel comfortable eating such food.

At least the boiled ones are inside a large pot cooking. You don't get to touch them only the seller does.

Alternatively I can just buy it raw and cook at home.

If the trap catch you, and they reset the trap while you're still inside, I will still fall into that trap!!

As an Ijaw don, it is sacrilege to eat roasted plantain with groundnut, bole and fish goes well.

As long as the corn is fresh, soft and still bring out that nice fresh agbado smell. Then the pear is sizable and sweet. I will do corn and pear anyday even after eating I can use it to relax.

I have not taken bolle and groundnut together.

As a rule, I always wait for new raw corn and some pears to be roasted for me. I never buy what's already roasted
