Yes, I'm a chef. And I didn't attend any catering school, I started as a Cummis chef in one of the 5 start hotel in Lagos about 6 years ago

That means what you did is apprentice. Not like a formal catering school one usually goes to.

this is the BEST Way to actually learn catering, leave all those culinary school alone, whenever you choose to go to a culinary school it would just be for certification only..... My uncle was employed as a kitchen assistant in a Luxury cruise ship like 40yeard ago, man rose to become a head chef in the cruise line, to becoming A 3-star Michelin chef... If I tell you places he has worked and dignitaries around the world he has catered for u will be Suprised.. Catering is first hands on before certification.

Nice dishes. I am sure they taste great. I watch a lot of cooking shows and my only advice is to focus on your plating. Improve on it and it will definitely elevate your dishes and price range too
