JetApartment:I understand you, I have interviewed people with culinary certificates and they can barely prepare basic (mice em place) or have little or know knowledge on how to manage a kitchen... Being able to manage a kitchen, create menus, evaluate costing of meals, manage staffs and many more makes one chef. There's a vast difference between a cook and a chef.. |
