Fungal infections are very stubborn but for this your level of disease I'd advise you to use both a systemic dose and topical dose of antifungal medication
Buy and use tabs fluconazole oral single dose 150mg
Then buy clotrimazole cream apply to affected area 2 times daily if you're a Muslim don't apply when you know you will be performing ablution. Night time might work best for you. It will be over very soon but as it's a fungal infection it could still recur in the nearest future if you're not lucky you could then repeat the entire process

So I finally went to hospital last month and they wrote alot of drug for me including injection that I collected for 5 days.

One of the drug gave me severe headache and still I can't see the sign that it will go.

I'm open to learning as well. Meanwhile go to any primary health centre around you to complain, they might be of help.

I was given fluconazole tablet for 2 days
Then I went to a spa for pedicure where they used lemon to scrub the area

It's close to 2;years now it hasn't come back

Mine was stubborn too
