It was never part of what they used to judge him, she testify to help the prosecutor prove their case. They didn't attach her case as part of the offense for which he was being procecuted since they already settle that out of court. Get the difference.
Go and check the offenses come back and show me if her case was among.

I never said cassies case was part of the charges but it was brought up and used

you are correct - sometimes I wonder how people take adversity - Lets look at this from a positive stand point - THE JAIL TIME IS SAVING HIM FROM DESTROYING HIMSELF - I wish Witney Houston or Elvis Presley or Michael Jackson were imprisoned, they probably would have been alive today instead of dying from drug overdose. This should be a time for sober reflection for him - He will learn to appreciate life more- appreciate freedom more and appreciate his children and he will be out a better person \! Lets not forget he is a rich man - so he is not coming out of prison looking for a job - He is coming out to meet his money well kept and probably with great returns on his investments - so he lost nothing - he will only gain wisdom reflecting on his life while in prison - this is a rare opportunity for someone like him, solitude and solitary confinement guarantees he receives sense!

Anything less than 10 years in prison for P diddy is great injustice to all the people who have been oppressed and manipulated by this charlatan.

So this is the game. Delay of judgement tactics. Served him a lighter crime letting him off the hook of committing a humongous crime because some important Hollywood goons will be indicted. This crime is not a "Diddy alone" crime. This is the only way to free him.
