Osimhen almost got sent off in their match against Besiktas yesterday! He was visibly angry with the defender and grabbed him in the neck! It was an eye sore and a low moment from Victor but thanks to one of the Captains of the Nigerian National team, Ndidi, he quickly ran to hold and calm down Victor who is a junior to him in the Super Eagles. This was very mature and selfless from Ndidi. He could have looked away and allowed Osimhen to be sent off as they were on opposing sides rather he chose blood and dignity over sporting win! Kudos to Ndidi. Na Man you be!

I love Osimhen's aggression playing for clubs or super eagles but he needs to be more mature.

That defender is doing his job. Italian & Argentine defenders are VERY skilled at getting under your skin.

If Osimhen had gotten a red card, then the defender had with low efforts eliminated the most dangerous threat his team was facing leaving Osimhens team out-numbered.

Osimhen should know better. Matterazzi did same to Zidane in World Cup Final

Dennis Rodman in NBA will smack Alonzo Mourning's derriere and say " looks really soft" suggestively. It's to disrupt you psychologically. Unruffled players like John Stockton and Tim Duncan are impossible to manipulate psychologically. They are quiet and would even answer you at all.

I beg to differ with regards to his area of growing up.

Most Brazilian footballers grew up in favellas, (slums) name them from pele to Ronaldo and the likes, but you see how they are so calm in nature.
Even nigerian strikers like yekini and co were they not calm in nature despite growing up in ajegunle and the lowly places.?

The boy needs to fix up that area of his life

It's not about being aggressive but not wanting to be intimidated by any white player who feels as a black man you are inferior to them.

A player tackles osimhen and another player came in n grumbly insulted him as shown from the video clips online.
That anger osimhen the more. So we should ask what did the player said that made him to angrily leave who made the rough tackle to another player,!

So he should and fold his arm when someone is clearly tackling without remorse which can easily lead to a career ending scenario.. do u know how many footballers injury have killed off? A whole bread winner for that matter and a top striker at that.. my brother if it's you you go vex.. there are many people who wouldn't greet someone for trying to hijack their business client let alone someone who wants to ruin your career.. na God and money keep messi, there were lots of players who actually wanted to break his leg..
