This was also what all the old time prophets and apostles of Jesus preached. They all told people to repent and turn away from their sin. The message hasn't changed up til this very day. Any preacher or church leader that doesn't warn people to repent or turn away from sin has left the original message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. God bless. 20 Likes 3 Shares

Oh sure, because who wouldn’t want to repent on an empty stomach, right? I mean, it’s not like someone who’s struggling to get by would bother with deep soul-searching when they’re too busy just trying to survive. Jesus was obviously onto something; feeding the hungry first before dropping those life-changing sermons is just genius. Maybe if churches threw in a nice meal before the sermon, we'd have a line out the door for repentance. 🤣 Who knew the secret formula was just a plate of food? What a revelation 👊 4 Likes |

With all the bible and church and mosque Nigerians prioritize over any thing else, it's so shocking to see that Nigeria is one of the worst performing nations in the world. Financially and morally. Nations like Saudi Arabia has no church but they are doing way better than Nigeria. China is not a Christian country but you can't compare Nigeria to her. Isn't it time we let go of the hand of religion? |
