This is what Hausa fulani and Yoruba leadership has brought to me and you as Nigerians.

This is after earning trillions of dollars in oil exports. Taxing the poor endlessly..

These two groups should stop contesting for leadership in Nigeria.., simple!

Life expectancy is low because of

Poor health sector : government doesn’t make adequate investment in the public health sector . Even Aso rock clinic is not spared. Also qualified doctors are leaving the country, leaving behind the quarks .

Stress: living in Nigeria is stressful . There is always one stumbling block or the other that the system will place on your way to success. Customs, police, road safety , nafdac, LABSCA with their demolitions, etc will find a way to make your life miserable resulting in emotional worry and distress which can spike your Blood pressure

Low education : A good population of Nigerians are not educated to know what is good or not good for their health .

Poverty : many cannot afford drugs for their illness. BP DRUGS , Diabetes drugs etc are now more than the minimum wage

Life expectancy is an average. For example, in a population of 100, if 70% die before 55, and 30% live long (above age 55), the expectancy could be around 55. For the most basic example (since I had to explain averages), if someone lives 40 and another lives 70, total is 110 divided by 2 which gives 55.

Why are you arguing if basic things like averages have to be explained to you?

All these averages include infant mortality, Boko killings, etc, that don't affect the average adult you know. The average adult Nigerian lives to 70's or 80's.
If some 60 year old Nigerian dies, will you say they had a normal life span?

Nigerias biggest celebrity Fela died at 58..this should let you know that the life expectancy here is too low

Fela did not die of natural causes. He died of an epidemic - AIDS. Do you think if, say, Peter Obi (64), were to die, won't people say he died prematurely??

Life expectancy doesn't care what you died of , ,most people die of sickness in life ...Do you know Nigeria has one of the youngest populations on earth? Over 70 percent are youths , it's because people don't live long
