NERC and TCN are on the same level. They're Grade A-agencies on the same level with likes of NMDPRA and NUPRC.

HYPADEC is probably on grade B

I have no idea about agencies under Presidency but it should be decent too with some benefits. I think BPP and BPE should be under Presidency not sure but they're good agencies too

They're sir. I have someone that works there. They get crazy bonuses and 13th month salary too. He goes home with almost 12m every February. The allowances come in February. Though he is a senior staff

Well for one the upfront of NURPC for junior staff is more than the 12m you mentioned in comparison to senior staff. I think that alone says a lot

you're right HYPADEC is under Presidency even though it's a power agency. I'm wrong here. .the agencies under Ministry of power are.

let me explain better. Allowances don't come monthly. Some allowances are paid every 3 years like car grant (It comes after 3 years not yearly).

Upfront is paid once in a year, i.e possibly every January.

13th month salary comes once too.

Wardrobe allowance comes once in a year too.

Festive bonuses comes during festivities too not monthly

Therefore, this makes monthly pay to be roughly 625k. It can never be 2m monthly. Infact, some allowances are even based on your department. An Engineer might get more allowances than an Admin staff in some cases.

Their counter parts in IOCs are earning in millions, NNpC entry level hasn't crossed 700k monthly net. ExxonMobil just completed its recruitment and the take home for graduate trainee is over N7m monthly so no big deal with NNPC salaries for now

No, they don't use the same scale, some are very poor even though they're under presidency while some are good, let the name 'Presidency' not deceive you, HARDLY will you find an 'A' class agency under presidency, most are poor and average with some very very few good ones
