Kanu and his legal team know that his case, which is slated for final ruling on the 10th of this month, is going to come with a final guilty verdict.

Kanu and his legal team are now throwing the non existing health issue which they intend to use to apply for post conviction bail.

Its on this flimsy and highly improbable scenario , Kanu intends to jump bail again .

Well, I don't see the Appeal Court granting Kanu a post conviction bail while he appeals his case.

Note that only the Appeal or Supreme Court can grant a post conviction bail.

And how come he was able to diagnose himself of having prostate cancer ?

Who is playing delay tactics. Where were you when he was condemning the judges attached to his case? Where were u when he filed no case to answer. All these were just mere delay tactics .

The operative word is "repentant", Boko Haram people have gone through the process and proved they are repentant, Ohamdike ain't repentant nada so sadly, he can't be offered amnesty yet.

Personally, I would like him released even though I wouldn't be standing surety for him anytime soon if asked

From a reliable source, gentle is on the street drinking and roaming.
I believe it, base on the names he already mentioned.
I think they freed the guy immediately.
I'm in Imo state and my source is a friend that saw him.

The Nnamdi Kanu case must get to it's legal CONCLUSION.
Many innocent Ibo people lost their lives due to his treason. His charge and bail lawyers can try all the legal abracadabra/shenanigans and health issues emotional blackmail but it will not and cannot work.
Justice must be served.
Either Kanu must be found guilty or innocent .No middle ground!!!
