Nothing like free delivery. The cost of delivery is factored in the cost of the product. Nigerians have suffered in the hands of dangote and other business entities because if lack of monitoring and regulation. |

This is the type of business model obtained in Nigeria. When it comes to upward adjustment, they wouldn't wait for a second to implement it but when it comes to downward review will take eternity. Na we dey do ourselves for this country. Everyone is looking for a way to siphon from the next person at all cost. The story is the same in all sectors whether it's food or medicine it's always the same. |

Thank you dangote for resisting the cabal's pressure and intimidation. It was really a mess ahead of take off. I remember how he wanted to sell at 500 naira,/L but the nnpc hijacked the downstream operation and dictated the selling price. I knew the abracadabra wouldn't last long. Where's their rivers refinery cum blending facility today? Set awon ole,businessmen-in-politics and anti-masses crusaders. |

The supply chain is consistent, price is stable and there is room for further reduction. Besides, they just started supplying to key states. Stop this useless and baseless propaganda against Dangote and his business. |

ogolemati:Yes nah. It will be sold for N50 or even N40, down from the price of N70 we have been buying it since 2015. Isn’t this APC government wonderful!!! Buhari’ll reduce petrol to N40/L —David-WestPetrol should never cost more than N70 per litre, says APC January 19, 2015 The All Progressives Congress (APC) has described as mere tokenism the reduction of petrol price from N97 to N87 per litre, saying the petroleum product ordinarily should sell for N70. On Sunday, the federal government announced the reduction of petrol price, citing the fall of global crude oil price. But the APC through Lai Mohammed, its spokesman, on Monday accused the government of making a show out of deceit, saying “a 10.3 per cent slash in the price of petrol was a mere tokenism at a time the price of crude oil has crashed by about 60 per cent”. It argued that the pump price of a litre of petrol should not be more than 70 Naira, alleging that at N87 per litre, the government was forcing Nigerians to subsidise the massive corruption in the oil sector by N17 for every litre of fuel. https://www.thecable.ng/petrol-never-cost-n70-per-litre-says-apc/ |

The free delivery is a marketing strategy to penetrate the market. Once the business model becomes established then filling stations might start paying for delivery. The cost of the delivery might be insignificant to drive a price reduction of the pump price sef. |

BlueStripper:You are so right that we should stop this useless and baselessly baseless propaganda against the promise of the president. When last did you read about Stockholm syndrome ![]() Deltafirstson:(A case study of Nigeria citizens & their elected oppressors). During the Soviet dictatorship of Joseph stalin. He was a brutal dictator with mind of his own. On one fateful day, stalin came to Politburo meeting with a live chicken. Standing in front of audience, He started to pluck the feathers of the live chicken off one by one. The chicken trembled in pain, blood tricking out of its pores. It gave out grievous cries, but stalin being a cruel dictator continued without remorse plucking the feathers out until the chicken was completely Unclad. After which, he threw the chicken on the ground. The Unclad chicken was staggering in pain. stalin goes into his pocket and from his pockets, he took out some chicken food and started to throw it at the poor & hapless creature. The poor chicken in pain started eating and stalin started walking towards his seat. As he walked away, he kept dropping some feeds on the floor & the chicken followed him and sat feeding from his feet. Joseph stalin then turned to members of his political party leadership. He said, "This chicken represents the people". "You must disempower them, brutalise them, beat them up, starve them and then leave them". "If you do this, go into your pocket & give them peanuts when they are in that helpless and desperate situation, they will blindly follow you for the rest of their life, worshiping you". "They will think you are a hero forever. They will forget that, you're responsible for their sorrowful situation in the first place." Breath taking, isn't it ? Now! Take a look at all the people some Nigerians are busy defending on social media. Take a look at those they call their heroes. They are the same people who plunged Nigeria into the situation she is. They are the same people who are responsible for their predicaments. Did you see the numbers of people that throng to Saraki's House during this Sallah period to go collect peanuts? People trooping to Bola Ahmed Tinubu Foundation offices to collect branded One kilo bag of Rice & Noddles. Did you see the number of people of all ages who troop out to welcome Ex- convict James Ibori to South South! Do you see the number of handle mop following obi as if he is a seat? what of the one following dino malaye? Your guess is as good as mine. Nigerians kill those they should defend and defend those they should kill! Pass to all your contacts & let your Political & Religion Leaders read, understand & digest. |

That's not true. I have been buying from MRS at #841. Others should drop their price as well. That's the role of market forces determining price. We want it to go down further without being subsidised. |

ogolemati:Since the assumption of office by the agbero chairman, the recurring narrative has been: 'It is a necessary pain,' 'Endure the pain,' 'A painful but essential surgery.' One must ask: did he assume leadership solely to subject the people to continuous pain and hardship? At what point will this pain come to an end? |
