When I start some kind matter, anyOne who tries to negatively BoBo me gets attacked by the BOT and going by the number of consecutive suspensions they get, it tells something.

I can fully relate to this from super experience.
There 2 types of humans:
posh vs street guys.
Some of us know where we belong.

for me, you really must not do it ma way BUT as RIGHT as Possible.

First I let you get in charge, while I remain in background; I casually ask questions, I don't like You being a Zombie and doing just like I said even when wrong.
Me would let you be yourself till I see a valid reason to step in, I ask questions if what you doing looks different from what I know or thought. Based on your response, I either let you continue your way, or my way, or we mix our methods together. At end of the day, it's not about Me or You being RIGHT but about the project being done RIGHT.

I don't boss people around. The first building project I handled, the entire community thought I was the gateMan for over 4-years, and thought the owner was one big man judging by the kind of materials and works going on. There's also been lots of times people enter our compound, think say Me be part of the joinMan (site hustlers). Me no go even try correct you as I no mind.

Mind you, I don't pretend. I'm just not the showOff kinda person. na good thing say a lot of our clients don't meet me in person else plenty of them go believe say I go run with their money.

issue be say, there are lots of Professionals who are Professionals in charging very High, not in quality of work.

There are lots of BIG houses that if you saw them before plastering and painting, you go fear entering them BUT the moment they're plastered and painted, the short comings gets hidden.

why not drop us your load so we know ? Requirements could still widely vary among 2 people with same or similar load.

For instance, what time of day are you likely to draw more power ?

The ice block making machine I once helped setup runs mainly Day and Night, but mostly more during the day while Night is mostly to maintain the Ice.

Another person using same capacity 2 Air Conditioners might not need such long runtime.

Also all Air Conditioners ain't built equal
