They too may have been deceived, so I suggest you go back and complain politely. Their reaction will tell if they sell it knowingly or not. They should be surprised, apologetic and even offer to refund if they are not doing it is a business, but if they do strong head, please take it to the nearest nafdac office to save the lives of others too. If there is no nearber nafdac, check if they have presence on Twitter or other social media platforms and raise the issue. This is serious. Do this part even if the shop is innocent.

Please can Nlanders suggest to me what I should with this shop on my street that sold me a fake pepsodent toothpaste. The moment I opened it and pushed out the paste, I just knew it. The colours were blurred and paste was watery compared to the original with sharp colours and dry paste. I then settled down to compare it to the original on pepsodent's twitter page, that is when it dawned on me that I was just sold a fake product. I tried using it to brush and it did not foam, does not leave your mouth minty fresh as usual. This is clearly fake.

Can you please suggest what I do with this people. They also operate a drug store where I am sure they sell fake drugs to unsuspecting customers.


Mods please quickly push this to front page so I know what to do with this people on time.

Just take it to the shop and bring their attention to it and hear what they have to say( They too might not be aware after all) If nothing favorable comes from them just stop buying from them that’s all! You will gain nothing spoiling their business

Ok good to know, cus I have used many fake and expired products unknowingly and it didn't harm my body, belly or anything. Just that some didn't give the desire result

This toothpaste is triple action. Is the one you're comparing it also triple action? All Toyota are not the same ...all Pepsodent are not the same. Fake or not...stay clear of all "whitening' toothpastes.
