Hello, please help kindly see my profile below.. I am a telecoms Engineer with one of the telecommunications companies in Nigeria with eight years of work experience. I have a core competence in Core network, while my wife has about four years of work experience with a big four company in Nigeria as a senior Auditor. We have evaluated our score together with me as a primary applicants even though I am 34 years of age but with a masters degree and our score came out to be 450 but with her as a primary applicant without a Masters degree its was around 415. Please, what are our chances of getting PR ITA nomination in Canada either through the PNP nomination or the federal skilled worker pathway. What are our chances please help because we are about to pay for WES evaluation and write IELTS. Thank you. |

What course did you study? What's your educational qualification? When calculating your points, what did you use? Bachelor's degree or Master's/Professional Educational qualifications? DonnyE: |

DonnyE:You as the primary applicant might still be the best bet, then you can work on finding more ways to obtain more points or nomination. |

koreanlord:PLEASE HOW CAN I GET A PROFESSIONAL IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT IN NIGERIA |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Ontarioo: 7:25am On Oct 03, 2025 |
koreanlord:This is not true. They're people here on this thread that know better than "consultants". Myself, I'm not licensed an immigration consultant, but I've had people come to me and I have offered advise that helped them. Graciousword, Ednut1, ProfGordons, ladymarshal... these are the list of few usernames here with vast experience I can mention. If you're honest with your application and apply the information provided on this thread correctly, you will not have problem. Most people come here late to find solution after they run into problem on their own. Some wished they come across this thread first before starting their application. |

Rtdrektboy:The marriage cert easy to defend but the second part IRCC now view this as misrepresentation. The issue is that you first created a profile under the trades stream But when trade was downgraded , then you later opened another profile under a different NOC in healthcare mostly (nurse aide or pharmacy asistant) with different work history. IRCC is very strict on multiple profiles and inconsistent information, as this can appear deceptive. To address this, you must give a clear and honest explanation: state that the first profile was exploratory and created before your healthcare experience was fully qualifying or documented. Once eligible, you closed that profile and submitted a new one with accurate information. Stress there was no intent to mislead, and attach supporting evidence (employer letters, payslips, bank deposits, confirmation of employment). Be aware, however, that most recent cases with multiple profiles have been refused in this 2025, unless the differences were very minor especially as regard dates in previous and new profile .l wish u all the best |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by affoncad: 6:50am On Oct 04, 2025 |
koreanlord:Hiring an immigration consultant cannot suddenly overturn a clear case of misrepresentation. Consultants are not magicians; they can only work with the facts you provide. If your case involves multiple profiles or inconsistent information, IRCC applies Section 40 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), which defines misrepresentation. Under this law, providing false or misleading information, or withholding material facts, can lead to refusal and a five-year ban from reapplying.

Good morning house, I have a nephew in Saskatchewan, a citizen. I wish to claim relationship points in SINP but I have a concern with him being a minor. Anybody with idea on how SINP handles family relationship should please educate me. |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by affoncad: 10:22am On Oct 04, 2025 |
Enemax:A minor nephew doesn’t qualify for SINP points. The supporting relative must be an adult (18+), PR or citizen, and living in Saskatchewan. If his parents are PR/citizens there, you can use them instead. |

| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Luckygurl(f): 4:36pm On Oct 05, 2025 |
Chrisomila:You can go ahead and simulate your scores to be sure you're eligible to create a profile. Afterwards you can evaluate your OND and HND then write IELTS. |

Good morning everyone, I have a BSc in Medical Laboratory Science and a PG in Social Work. I’m currently running a Master’s degree in Social Work. I’d like to evaluate my credentials with WES, should I go ahead and submit my BSc and PGD now, or wait until I complete my Masters? Thank you |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by affoncad: 12:53pm On Oct 07, 2025 |
Jovanna1:Your current BSc + PGD already qualify you for the “two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees” category, while completing your Master’s degree would increase your CRS score by about 7 additional points. It’s best to use the CRS calculator to determine which option best for u now based on your age, IELTS score, and work experience. And remember times are changing, and immigration policies are shifting worldwide. Time waits for no one, and nobody can predict what will happen next in Canada as the government continues to adjust immigration quotas. |

Greetings, Please does any know or can confirm if IRCC/Canada Express Entry Program currently accepts the One Skill Retake IELTS. The situation is, IELTS was done and it came out as follows: L:8.5 R: 7 W: 6 and S:7.5, I want to apply to rewrite only just one skill/module which is the the writting which was low (6) Is there anybody who has done this in the past and had IRCC accepted his/her IELTS for retaking a skill/module? |

Good morning guys, I need help. Please is sending a web form for Pr application withdrawal the final confirmation for cancellation of a pr application? Can the applicant retract the withdrawal request before the withdrawal/cancellation sent through webform is confirmed? |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Sheron50: 5:38am On Oct 08, 2025 |
Jacknn:No ,you cant retake only 1 band it not accepted by ircc |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Sheron50: 6:39am On Oct 08, 2025 |
Islabelle:Sending a webform to withdraw isn’t final , IRCC must first confirm it. You can still retract the request before they act on it.Send another webform right away stating you don’t want to withdraw and include your application number for clarity. |

I have been reading about recent refusal on other websites and some say adding Cash Salary certificate is a red flag. It's making want to remove mine from my application. Can someone give me ideas. |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Jacknn: 11:24am On Oct 08, 2025 |
Sheron50:Thank you very very much I appreciate this. Do you also have any idea if they have stop accepting cash salary certificate, thats what I have? |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Sheron50: 1:41pm On Oct 08, 2025 |
Jacknn:IRCC only asks for a reference letter, so don’t complicate your application by submitting extra documents they didn’t request. Keep your cash certificates aside until they specifically ask for them if ever. Many applicants have successfully received PR approval with just their reference letters alone. If am a visa officer and l see a cash cert not payslip attached to ur reference letter when not ask then l will send ADR for more evidence of ur work experience as ur action look suspucious especially if it nurse aide or pharmacy asistant noc becos this major occupation that suddenly most applicant claiming cash payment . |

Good day house. I am new here and have been following the thread for some time now. I am about starting my PR journey and I have a Bachelor's Degree and a PGDE. Do I need to evaluate the both certificates or I can evaluate just the PGDE as it is higher than the Bachelor's degree? |
