A Magistrate Court in Karu Abuja issued a notice that froze three of my banks, UBA, Opay and Palmpay. I just learnt that magistrate court don't have the right to issue a bank account freeze. Please lawyers in the house help me, what line of action should I take now?

Is it not better to look around for a lawyer to advise you?

A magistrate court can order your account to be restricted.
What was the reason for the restriction?

To add to this matter,it can only be fraud related issue that would warrants such a thing.

It could be that someone who is involved in the primary crime may have been involved which possibly linked u through what might be straightforward transactions without u knowing.

I will advise you ask the bank for the copy of the court order being used to restrict your account to know the exact reason your accounts were restricted.

You need to ask the bank to give you the specific reason why your account was frozen

Who did you scam?? Someone clearly approached the court to freeze your account.

No court can freeze your account if you didn't do anything

If you go to the bank you'd be arrested,you are a wanted man

Dude I'm not wanted in anyway stop bad profiling people, I just told you that I didn't scam anyone. Why didn't the court issue an arrest warrant on me it I did. Learn to talk in public space clearly you don't know how the court works...cos if you do, you won't be spilling out this gibberish
