people should understand something. this presidency is a once in a 48 year opportunity for any geo political zone. I make no apologies for what a yoruba man does in terms of appointments especially when he is doing a good job. Even in America that we copied this style of democracy from, Every president prays for retirement of supreme court judges to occur during his tenure so they can appoint people who have favourable ideologies. If he were not doing a good job, I would be the first to criticize him and indeed I have criticized him in certain aspects.

Like orji Kalu said yesterday, the beauty of democracy as practised in Nigeria is that there are term limits....His time has come and will go and the next person from the North will appoint as he feels, when his time expires the person from SS can appoint as he deems fit. no politian makes an appointment that will hurt him.

anybody can say we must remove subsidy, every sound economics student who hasnt graduated knopws that. Removing the subsidy and staying strong in the face of the backlash knowing it is the right thing to do is where the courage is. that is where you earn your stripes and place in history as a leader. Do you know the backlash Awolowo faced when he was taxing farmers and market women to pay for free education? i read somewhere that at the time the tax rate in the western region was 44%. What are they saying about Awolowo and education today and forever?

Fo the upteenth time, Nigeria needed to get off subsidy to stabilize economy. Tinubu was more concerned with politicizing the issue. That is not good enough. Country should precedence over politics. It should be "Nigeria First." Tinubu who now calls for patience should know better.
Not every person will be a Vladmir Putin, some prefer being a democratic Macron.

there is nothing like middle belt in Nigeria context. it is and has always been north/south
you are either from the North ( North east, North west or North central (your so called middle belt)) or you are from the South (south east, south south or south west).
