Razzness:Like I said earlier, stop crying genocide and let the two parties fight it out in an all-out war fashion. You can't call it a war when all you do is to play the victim card while demonizing only one party. They would surely get the hostages if you weren't crying while blackmailing them with your daily "genocide" claims and if the woke west weren't mounting pressure on them. I'm not supporting either party but it's very wrong to turn a blind eye on one party while calling for help for the other. All of you are pretending like the Jews who are held hostage and those killed aren't humans like you and the Palestinians, ohh, or is it because they aren't Muslims or Arabs?. Right from the start of the war, the message had always been that Hamas should release the hostages to have a lasting peace but none of you ever pressured them to release the. I love the fact that Israel spoke to them in the language they best understood ![]() I won't call it a war, it was Israeli complete annihilation and occupation of Gaza and Iran, and it's a big victory for Israel as they used the opportunity to echo a message to Iran (esp) that a Jew's life isn't something to play with. Now Iran and Ayattollah Don mellow down; almost all of Hamas' heirrachy have been sent to meet their Vs. That's enough statement that you shouldn't start what you can't finish. We all know that Oct 7 was a golden opportunity for Israel to carry out its evil intention on Hamas and Gaza because it was only a pretext but this wouldn't have worked if Hamas had been wise enough to not walk straight into the trap. With that little but deadly mistake, Hezbollah is gone, Hamas is now irrecoverable, Houthis are now in disarray and Iran, their master is now living in regret. Some wars are better not fought as the parties involved in it end up showing their weaknesses to the whole wide world--now everyone knows about how porous the Iranian skies are and how weak and crippled Iran can be once you eliminate its proxies. The world now knows which country can precisely get its targets from anywhere in the world and that one particular country that just sprays and prays, hoping to hit something😂😂😂 |

MaiDeribe:The organization being quoted should be referred to as the Hamas Health Authority, not the "Gaza Health Authority," as the governing body in Gaza has been under Hamas's control since 2005 without subsequent democratic elections. A significant concern is that international aid from Europe and other nations has reportedly been redirected by Hamas to build an extensive network of underground tunnels for military operations against Israel. Hamas leaders themselves introduced the idea of "necessary sacrifices," not me, viewing their deceased as martyrs. This suggests a profound disregard for Palestinian lives; had they valued them, the attack on October 7th would have been prevented. The ultimate strategic rule is: Don't initiate a conflict you are unable to conclude. |

The bottom line is simple, isreal couldn't accomplish any of its goal. They couldn't defeat Hamas, They couldn't get the hostages back on their own, they couldn't fight Iran in a 1 v 1 fight, without the US of course. Iran nuclear program is very much alive, in fact this time around has banned IAEA inspection of their nuclear facilities which was not so before isreal attacked. ![]() I won't call it a war, it was Israeli complete annihilation and occupation of Gaza and Iran, and it's a big victory for Israel as they used the opportunity to echo a message to Iran (esp) that a Jew's life isn't something to play with. Razzness:Have you reviewed Trump's 20-point plan? Lets discuss Israel's objectives, particularly as outlined in points 4, 6, 9, and 13 of that plan. Before we debate these goals, I want to clarify: is your perspective genuinely concerned with the well-being of ordinary Palestinians, or is it influenced by religious bias or the current trend of political correctness? |
| Re: Palestinians & Israelis Celebrate Ceasefire News (photos) by smtx(m): 6:53pm On Oct 09, 2025 |
Sometimes, I wonder if Pro-Palestine activist do research at all? Oct 7 was uncalled for, all the lives lost, wasted. Hamas made a grave mistake or was tricked to carry out that massacre. The 20 Points plan by Trump is less a "peace deal" and more a post-war stabilization and reconstruction blueprint focused on demilitarization and security arrangements. Take Point 6 for instance. "Once all hostages are returned, Hamas members who commit to peaceful co-existence and to decommission their weapons will be given amnesty. Members of Hamas who wish to leave Gaza will be provided safe passage to receiving countries.'' All Hamas members will be trailed for Life! Chai! Clinton Parameters (2000) offered the most balanced framework for a permanent, comprehensive peace based on the principle of land for peace and a Two-State Solution, the Clinton Parameters were unquestionably superior to Trumps. They were based on extensive negotiations and attempted to meet the fundamental needs of both parties on core issues like borders, security, Jerusalem, and refugees. What a waste!!! |

Razzness:So says our distinguished Nairaland international war and security analyst and expert ![]() No sir, since we all know which side needs this peace talk badly and most, and the party that was being begged, blackmailed with committing genocide and even being threatened for not backing down on its resolve to annihilate the other party, it's safe to conclude that this very party is the clear winner since the peacetalk is even being discussed on his terms.😂 Was it even a war in the first place? It was a one-sided and unfair onslaught that shouldn't have happened. The funny part is that the US even presented it in a threatening manner, ordering Hamas to either agree to the terms or watch the US fold its arms watching Israel deal with them whichever way they so wished. That doesn't sound like a loss to me and every reasonable person, my friend ![]() Someone just told you to accept an offer or he would leave your adversary alone to deal with you however way he wants and you called that a loss for the enemy? 😂😂 C'mon bro, you are wiser than this. |

willi926:You don't understand how an average islamist reasons. They are not afraid of death. In fact they thrive in violence and destruction. Can you imagine a Hamas leader in Gaza was asked if they regretted the destruction they brought upon Palestinians and he said no. You see the people of Gaza are conditioned for one thing and that is the destruction of Israel and killing of Jews. Nothing more nothing less and if you cant do it then die trying. Hamas is a death cult. They don't know what it means to surrender. They believe they must achieve their aim even if it costs the lives of every Palestinian living in Gaza. |

The fact that the war ended in negotiations means that there is no winner. They were concessions on both sides. And for the almighty Israel to make a deal with a rag tag terrorist group like Hamas is actually a win for Hamas. Do you know what it means to make a deal with a terrorist? That is not victory even for a country like Nigeria talk less of Israel that has spent billions and wasted thousands of innocent lives. In fact I never knew Hamas was a formidable opponent for Isreal until now. I mean 2 years of war and Israel with all its military might and at the end just to end up at negotiations table. Oya Release our hostages let us release your own 🫣 Wickedlywicked: |

Nope. I am not religious at all. I've left religion a long time ago. I use my conscience now, if I see good thing I will talk, if I see bad thing I would also talk. Even Trump himself knows there's no way Hamas will agree to every single one of the 20-point plan. It's unrealistic. Both sides have to make some concessions no matter how bitter it is for them if they want peace. And am sure President Trump will do all he can to make peace possible. smtx: |

Razzness:No you lied my bro, it's "release our hostages and we would stop bombing your city and sending you to your Vs😂😂 Secondly, the war ended on a negotiation table because of folks like you; folks like you begging, crying and blackmailing the stronger party (Israelis) with genocide while insulting us, the rest of the world for allegedly not listening to the cries of the weaker party (Hamas, Iran, Hezbollah, Houthis and the Palestinians). It was never a fair 1v1 fight between the two parties involved. How do we even call it a war when it was only one side that was being turned into massive ruins? Stop making it seem like both parties were actively recording casualties while the war was ongoing. Stop making it look like the hostages were seized from the Israeli military, captured and taken during the war. On the contrary, it was the seizure of these hostages that led Israel to pound them and these pounders were not even planning to stop if the world and sympathizers weren't watching and showing concerns 😂 Why are you pretending like you don't know what would have happened to Gaza if the Israeli attacks were sustained and the world didn't pressure them to stop the pounding on humanitarian grounds? ![]() In fact, one party was urged to stop the bombings while the other party was threatened to release the hostages held and agree to be disarmed, and failure to do so would mean that the world would not be stopping the other party from pounding them further😂 That's no concession sir, this is something even worse than humiliation. Why are the IDF not asked to disarm? I know either of the two parties would soon renege on this new pact but please, don't disturb our peace with your usual victimization cries when that time comes since it's a free and fair 1v1 fight according to you😂 |

E be like say you no dey watch News 😂. Isreal has agreed to release 2,000 Palestinian hostages for Israel's 48. I just listened to Hamas' Chief negotiator Khali Al-hayya a I must confess I didn't know Hamas were this formidable. I didn't even know anything about them before Oct 7 but now I see that those guys are not 2 naira terrorists. They knew from the beginning that they were never going to win an open war with isreal. So their objective was to lure Israel into a war that would draw the attention of the world to the atrocities of Israel and eventually give them a bargaining chip for self determination. And you can't argue that they did succeed, because to stand your ground against a nuclear armed state like Isreal for 2 years no be beans o.😂 The Israeli government is just accepting a deal because they have no other viable choice. dmangodwin:don't campare hamas to taliban. America isn't their neighbour Israel is. Razzness:no Israel is the winner. They had their clear objectives of removing hamas from Gaza which they did. They unalive several of their key leaders, obliterated hezbollah and dealt with Iran. Israel won in all front |

Razzness:Thanks for finally agreeing with me on the fact that Hamas are the weaker party begging for sympathy ![]() With @bolded and in your failed attempts at sounding intelligent, you just validated all my claims and points albeit unknowingly ![]() Why then are we having this argument since all Hamas have been doing is to use the lives of innocent Palestinians, Iranian top generals, Hezbollah and Houthis commanders, to curry up external sympathy from the rest of the world? Why then have you been arguing with me when I said we all knew the particular party that begged and wanted the war to end so badly? 😂 You Don dey contradict yourself o my boy. I don't know why Seun is deleting my comments but it's fine, at least, I'm happy now that the child I've been trying to educate has finally started becoming teachable. Lastly, and about your last paragraph that the Israeli government was only accepting a deal because they have no other viable choice, that's a fat lie sir, they are not the ones accepting the offer. On the contrary, it's Hamas that are being asked (by Trump) to accept the offer on Israeli terms or the US would abandon them and Gaza to be at the mercy of the great pounder (IDF) to continue doing the pounding and sending them to their Vs. Now that we are on the same page, you are now being ignored and thanks for being very teachable🤝 |
| Re: Palestinians & Israelis Celebrate Ceasefire News (photos) by Razzness(m): 9:13am On Oct 10, 2025 |
How is this even a question. How can you possibly assume that a rag tag terrorist group were not weaker than a nuclear armed state backed by the most powerful country in the world. Are you Ok? Hamas' objective was never to win an open war with isreal, they wouldn't last 5 minutes against Israel in an open field, even a 5 year old knows this. Their objective was simply provoke Isreal to an exaggerated response, gain international attention to the plight of the Palestinians, gain public support and damage Isreals reputation. They could never engage the mighty Isreal in an open war. Anyone with half a brain knows this. Hamas stood their ground for 2 years against ISRAEL of all people, even in the face of annihilation, they didn't surrender. Mind you I don't support Hamas by any stretch of the imagination, the videos from Oct 7 still gives me PTSD. But to say Hamas begged Israel is laughable, because not once did they ever beg Isreal to stop, those guys were ready to die even when Israel moved their tanks into the heart of Gaza city, they didn't bulge, they didn't beg. This was all president Trump, he understood that the war made America and his Government look bad, UK, France and Canada that once supported the Israeli cause were shifting alliances, Isreal was attacking his economic allies Qatar something he couldn't stand for. So as someone who prides himself as a peace maker he needed to act, that was why he proposed the 20 point plan to appease both parties. Isreal cannot defy Trump so they had to comply not because they wanted to. And actually, I very open to learning and very teachable as long as my teacher is non biased and honest. Wickedlywicked: |
