If you have an alternate Airtel number, recharge the line with 25k or 45k as the case may be. log it into My Airtel app. Go to Buy Bundles, input your ODU number up there and then go to Data pack

unfortunately, i think this is the case, and then even though the plan hasn't expired yet (expires on Oct 17, 2025), it's still not working. on top of that, the 50MBPS for 25K plan isn't showing anymore, only the 20MBPS plan for 30K is available on the app for the ODU device's number.

Same too with my guy. What exactly is going on? Is anyone else expressing this? and what really is happening. Unfortunately, the customer care guys don't have an idea what's happening

This is my speed test after more than two weeks of using Airtel ODU.

I paid for an Odu two days ago and Airtel hasn't still deployed it. The engineer said there are issues they're trying to resolve but I believe he has other engagements and wants to come for imstallation at his own will. Does anyone here have the same experience ?

This is exactly what I was explaining above but someone said he couldn't find hi subscription plan on the app

For those having issues, the ODU Subscription plan is no longer available i.e 25k for 50MBps and 45k for 100MBps. What's available now is just the regular 30k for 20MBps etc

Can't say for sure, issue has persisted since Friday evening, one week and still running.....

My 'the other way' will expire on 10th (tomorrow) and I really have no better option than to renew it.

I want to know if anyone is actively using physical sim on the esim version of the ODUs. As I no fit get ODU, I go dey use X25 and the other 4G portable router.

You don't have to recharge to see them. If you're not seeing the plans anymore, then that's another issue entirely. Like @saint2ace mentioned earlier, some lines no longer have the 50Mbps and 100Mbps plans. Contact Airtel to complain.

I don sub for 50mbs at 22500 (25k minus 10%) via SmartCash.

The search for physical Sim ODU continues.

For guys having connection issues with the ODU, you may try login to the portal through192.168.1.1 and switch of and on the data switch. I have done this many times and my connection comes back stronger, better and I don't experience connection lost.

Brethren, I already have the 4g smart box which has been disastrous. It's only the fact it made my tv Android TV that I like.

If I buy the ODU, can I use it to supply data to the smartbox and stream content?

I strongly doubt that the ODU can supply internet to the android box.

The Ethernet port on the Airtel Android TV device has only LAN out, it doesn't support LAN in/WAN. The only way to send in internet connection is via the USB port, so get a USB-to-Ethernet adapter on Jumia or Konga.

Be carefully, not all of them will work. The two on the left side of my screenshot below will work fine.

In case you are unable to get an adapter with a USB A male, then you will need a USB Type C female to USB type A male converter, like the one in the screenshot below
