Faruk had served his prison term and had since been released. So, the pardon was just to reintegrate him into the society.

Don't just single out farouk lawan, there are others in the list who had committed worse crime than farouk.

For me, anything that has to do with presidential pardon should only be restricted to non political actors and the under privileged who are languishing in prison. The likes of farouk are privileged citizens and do not deserves presidential pardons and should serve out their prison terms and live with the ex-convict tag and the restrictions that comes with it.

He even granted pardon to the dead so they would beat him up when he gets there

Pardon can only apply after a conviction. Kanu's case is in court with no verdict yet.
