Posted so long ago, so finally gotten to my final semester, experience so far;

1. the classes are held in like a zoom meeting format.
2. it is not compulsory to go for classes, reading the pdf handouts from the learning platform is more than enough to pass your online CBA and physical examination
3. if you are looking for an easy distance learning certification with the least hassle, this is it. but if you are looking for a serious vibed program with intense learning, then this is not it.
4. If you are someone that can read and learn on your own terms, this will be easy for you, i have not failed any exams and actually have gotten new knowledge that i have applied in the workiplace.
5. Whatsapp is the most important information source in the program and ensure to follow instructions to avoid issues.
6. There is no cheating or sorting in the physical exam centers, so read and if you are caught with phone it is actually seized and you will be penalised with a malpractice form.
7. I have not seen a graduated set yet, but they plan to graduate sets this year, i think accreditation issues or so.

N.B. When i graduate and have physically collected certificate. Will snap and upload to update everyone, to confirm the legitimate standing of the program.

So have they started issuing out results?

I saw an email today about offer of admission. The admission acceptance fee was stated in the email as 35k as against the 10k originally stated on their website.

I'm hoping this does not suggest they might have increased the school fees and other fees oooo....I planned myself to do this program on a budget of around 600k based on the fees they stated on their website.

I had to clarify the above from someone in finals in the above programme, and the person stated that it was the same 35k they paid as admission acceptance fee. The fee comprises of application fee of 25k and an acceptance fee of 10k

Furthermore, I logged into the UNNiLearn portal and noticed it has changed from the ''Processing Admission" page to a Student Dashboard. I also checked the Payment page, and thank goodness, the fees are still the same. Neither increased nor decreased.

You can still see the attached screenshot of the payment page.

I called the admission office phone number on the website 08054118026, and the man who responded said they are still approving admissions and sending out admission letters, and sometime soon (August,) all those admitted will still receive emails detailing other things they need to know about the programme.

UPDATE!

Got an email from UNNCDeL to join a WhatsApp group.

IN SUMMARY

- 4th May, 2025, I applied online for admission to the MBA programme
- 31st July 2025, I received my admission letter into the MBA programme via email
- 13th August 2025, got an email to join the official UNN CDeL MBA WhatsApp group

Hello, yes, weekly lecturers have started, we have been given some assignments, and exams are likely to begin by the end of November 2025.

I am not sure that someone without a business background can enroll in an MBA program directly. My MBA classmates who did not study a business-related course in their first degree came from their PRE-MBA bridge course programme.

Please is it true that ASUU strike used to affect the program in UNN CDeL?

Hello everyone and thank you for this thread, I want to apply for the MBA UNN CDeL for accountancy, I would like to know if there will be exam centers in Port Harcourt or is it conducted online and how is the fourth semester courses like, are they mostly theory and long or do they focus on practical, also how is the defence like, is the defence done physically at Enugu or virtually, I will be awaiting a reply, thank you.
