isreal is smaller than the southeast, yet more develop. Landmass is not a necessary advantage in 21st century. A smaller country by landmass can be more useful than a country with large landmass.

States are not allowed to build seaport, international airports(just local), and interstate railways in nigeria. Most nigerians don't know this, however its not your fault
