If we move all Africans to Europe and all Europeans to Africa. What do you think will happen in the next 20 years?

Europe will still spoil and Africa Will grow or developed 100 times more than current Europe, development start from the mind and then follow by willingness.

Africans will make Europe inhabitable while the Europeans will massively develop the African continent and in the next 20yrs you wrote, Africans will be "Japa-ing" back to Africa legally and illegally in droves to work and live again.

If the structure of Africa remain the same where ethnic groups are mixed together... Europeans would kill themselves completely

I disagree.. They will definitely wage war but ended up splitting Africa along ethnic lines to make ways for homogeneous countries like they did Europe and from there development comes.. We Africa still refused to acknowledge our big differences and work to resolve them.. Ussr broke into different countries to give peace a chance

But the hot weather here is a big factor in Africans' low Brain Power & Productivity.

The cold weather in Europe also has it's own impact on people's behavior. If you factor in the weather variable, overtime maybe more than 20 years, the Africans there will begin to act like the Europeans

There’s nothing “relaxed” about the daily hustle on the continent.

By the way, 13 OF THE 20 FASTEST GROWING ECONOMIES ON EARTH ARE IN AFRICA.

While EUROPE is on the DECLINE in all economic indices, and growing increasingly WARY of an Africa that is now INSISTING on internal value-addition for its raw materials prior to export.

If AFRICANS were moved to EUROPE, they could only Progress by STEALING from Africa and the World the same way Europe does, using its various tricks, from IMF to World Bank to crude oil theft to illegal mining operations, and funding rebel movements and terrorism in Africa and Arabia etc.
