CoronaVirusPro: I'm not a baby, I know about presidential pardon. There are a lot of people wrongly accused of crimes languishing in various prisons. If other world leaders are doing the wrong things, we shouldn't copy from them. What is bad is bad. Why can't the leaders copy their kind of development? Is not humans like us that are managing China's and other developed countries infrastructures? Why can't you guys focus on securing the lives of people who are daily being cut short by barbaric bandits? Can these kind of insecurity occur for example in Israel without being curtailed within 48hrs? I don't expect any morality from you guys. |

9japride:Okay, so you are not in “Team saner climes”? I like that. Back to be discussion. Has the President violated any law as it stands today? It is called democracy for God sake. The President can pardon anybody for past crimes. I don’t want emotional reasoning here. You have to discuss your point with me like you presenting to a court of law. |

CoronaVirusPro: Majority of the decision makers don't work on morality. So anyone can do as they like and that doesn't make it right. All we want is fairness and justice. In addition to a well secured society. We are not the first to practice democracy and practicing politics is not a must one should throw away sensibility in the dustbin. After all, every leader has his/her followers whether they do the right things or not. Unfortunately, that's just the way life is. You have right to your own opinion. |

9japride:In that case, you should be pushing for a constitutional amendment and not accusing the president of abusing his powers. Pardoning convicted criminals has always been a norm. As a matter of fact, in some democracies, people buy pardon with huge some of cash. |

CoronaVirusPro: We shouldn't copy everything. Presently the security situation is bad which needs serious attention. |

CoronaVirusPro:You people should keep defending rubbish. There’s no president anywhere in the world that will pardon known murderers, kidnappers and drug dealers. This shows we have a president who’s deep rooted into crimes. I’m no longer surprised at what I see here anyway, you guys should keep defending rubbish, when the time comes, you won’t escape Justice |

CoronaVirusPro:Why don't you understand the main point 👉 "A presidential pardon is meant to symbolize restitution and moral reform. Instead, what we have witnessed is a mockery of the criminal justice system, an affront to victims, a demoralization of law enforcement, and a grave injury to the conscience of the nation." |

CoronaVirusPro:The point I am trying to make is what is bad is bad and what is good is good. Exhibiting is constitutional powers is good and it's being used by every other countries' leaders just has you have rightly pointed out. But the fact remains that it should be used justly and fairly. |
