Now from this stage mind you it’s already roofed to ready to move in the quotes he’s giving me even me myself I shock


Honestly I cannot work with those quotes

Says tiling alone for staircase is 250k only d staircase o hmmmm


Nd service charge almost 5m


He’s a good engineer but me nor get that money to spend right now I rich well well


He handles labour nd I handle materials nd that’s what I want

I need the services of a good mason it’s hidden roof nd there’s a lot I donno but I won’t spend nd hang I have a two month quit notice nd I have to move in plsss experienced hands help your girl

Soil test is already out and depth is >12 meters. Is there a standard rate per meter and please can you point me to any location where I can see multiple construction companies that do this so as to make the most logical conclusion. Thanks all
