Beautiful and admirable. Aba has always had water fountains at roundabout right from the past and the present Governor has also added lots more so it isn't anything new but rather a beautiful thing being admired.

@bolded: I'm not sure you stay in Aba or Abia state. Maybe someone just sent this to you to do a voice over on the video and post. For your information, there's water fountain in Osisioma flyover / Aba/Owerri road, and that's even a better one. This isn't the first water fountain in Abia state or Aba. Get your facts right.

FYI, Aba is very clean right now. There are road sweepers all over the place. There are even dumpsters produced by students of Onu Polytechnic all over the place. Waste management in Aba is perfect right now.
