You are talking nonsense. You can only deceive yourself and your kinds. Even in campaign he said that he would release the Capito Hill people that the imprisonment was a political witch hunt. Then you are bring that up here. What rubbish some people have become.
Oh, So Ross Ulbricht also went to the capitol right? How about Larry Hoover?

How about the other convicted fraudster?

I know your type, you will always justify every action of your masters.

Tinubu can’t keep granting clemency to criminals while honest citizens rot in poverty and injustice.
This government keeps rewarding wrongdoing and calling it mercy, meanwhile, the real victims of the system get no second chance.
why do you think Sowore Called tinubu a Criminal?

Amnesty the confusionist grin

These are same people forcing Nigeria against death execution, when America, Japan, Saudi still executes, amnesty can't challenge them, Nigeria is seen as a stooge.
how does that justify tinubu granting ClemenCy to murderers, kidnappers and drug pushers?

Same way displace victims of bandits and boko haram are wasting away in IDP with no hope at all ... Govt no send there papa

But same govt take decisive effort to rehabilitate repentant boko haram, give them money and settle them into the society while victims beg to feed

what message are we passing to the " victims" .. imagine seein a boko haram member you know killed your parent n siblings, then you see Tinubu giving them handsake all in the name of clemency, claiming its mercy does it make any sense, you've just polluted "the idea of Mercy"

Emotions aside what makes these clemency a rape on justice is that most of the criminals did not serve up to 10/15yrs in jail which is the requisite for presidential pardon.

Do you know what make you an ignorant person or pretending to be. Ross Ulbricht pardon was part of Trump campaign promise.
Come and tell me where Tinubu said that he would do what he did. Americans were aware already of what he would do before he was voted. That is the differences. Just know that they are smart and intelligent people here not only confused or biased individuals who live in lies and deception.

So if I got you right, the difference is that Trump promised to release criminals and His Excellency, President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) did not?

For an organization seeking abolition of incarceration, isn't it weird that this Jewish rabble rousing organization is condemning Nigeria for granting amnesty and clemency to convicted criminals?

What then is the need to go about using the word '' Amnesty '' to describe your organization?

These international agency’s should know by now that, they have lost relevance and all already know they just a western tool.

You dey mind them??

When its Africa they suddenly found their lost voice. Amnesty Isonu. President have the righht to grant anybody clemency no matter their crime. Its his right to do that just Biden and Trump did to the convicted criminals them no make any useless post then
Nobody says you dont have the right to set your Money on fire But we expect a sane person to spend wise

Clemency must reflect public interest because its not just about the president forgiven .. its vital the society have forgiven them as well
Evans that killed your father n raped your mother to death is out after 4yrs in jail Ndenomy how fast do you forgive n forget things

Are you telling us there are no innocent people in Prisons across Nigeria what about endsars protesters arrested with no trial, people in jail for no reason or via power abuse pass 1000 .. Council no see those ones, naa only drug lords, homicides n kidnappers show remorse 🤣 others carry shoulder up awon were 🤣

The difference is that he did not hide is intention. That guy was a Bitcoin player and people in the Bitcoin community wanted is pardoning. He was an assets and Trump promised that he would be freed. At least Americans have the right to reject what he intended to do with is pardoning. Tinubu should have told Nigerians is intention of pardoning drug mafias so that we can test the water.

Your point has been noted. Next time, decongesting the prisons via presidential pardon should be mentioned during campaign.

All these would have been avoided if he did.

Nobody is condemning clemency or arguing President shouldnt pardon

The percentage in groups is the absurdity here

if murders, kidnappers, drug pushers make up 10% overall people wont be condemning the president

But is like Tinubu open clemence for his friends, remember Sowore warned us Tinubu is a "criminal" ... is it not confirmed now

Govt should refund and compensate the victims of their injustice.

If someone paid for kidnapping ransom, give them x3 of that money even though it's not enough.

In the case of murder, hefty sum should be given to the victims family and the victims given national recognition and honour.

If I call you a f00l, they may ban me. So I will not call you a f00l but a Wiseman. Even though I know what I considered you in my mind.

The 1600 pardoned by Trump were considered insurrectionist by the evil Democrats. Hence, when Trump came, he had to free them because they carried out their protest in respect of the injustices against Trump.
However, the Tinubu's case is very different. How could you pardon convicted criminals where there are tens of thousands of innocent souls languishing in prison. Is there any justification? What's the rationale?

Please, stop supporting evil because the president is ur tribesman. It's hard to defend tinubu openly now. That thing in aso villa has lost it.

Look at how you came online to expose your illiteracy about subject matter.

So 1600 insurrectionist got pardon?

SMH……

I respect your boldness. Takes guts to insult someone on subject you don’t even have an idea about.

For those who support Tinubu or APC, where is your moral ground? For the man to pardon violent murderers is enough to discourage the security apparatus that risked their lives to bring them to justice.
How will you feel if the president pardon the killers of your father?
Personally, if i am denied justice in this case, I will look for justice my own way.
The president has shown by his actions that in one way, he is associated with drugs as he is accused in some quarters.
He pardon, murderers, kidnappers and drug Lords, remain rapers to make his love of violent crime complete.
That was how buhari decided to pardon governor's who stole billions.
You support Tinubu who increased taxes on the masses only for his corrupt cronies to embazzle.
How do you sleep well if you are a fan of this govt?

You are the one making a fuss about the executive powers of His Excellency, President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) like it’s the first time it happened on Earth.

Presidential pardons are majorly for convicted criminals and that is what was done by our demigod.

You making a case out of nothing. Has anyone gone to court to challenge such? Just the normal online rants.

The did has been done and all should move on. The UEFA champions league is getting to knockout stages.

I believe this Amnesty or whatever they call themselves is very partial and have lost touch with the tenets of the founding fathers. The clemency program is not peculiar to Nigeria. American Presidents perform this same clemency program every year and it is at the prerogative of the President.
You will become relevant (I once was a fee/due paying member for many years) again once you remove the partiality cover. The organization has become a shadow of itself in Nigera and current leadership not trusted nor have credibility.
