If you say Nigerians (of all TRIBES) are good people, then you don't even know your own people. With a few exceptions, most Nigerians are e..vil. Even this lady crying in this video probably stole from someone in the past to establish her own business.

I learnt from experience that controling the finance in your business is key, from my farm to my transport business, I'm the cashier,all transactions hits my account in any business day, my transport business seems a little bit difficult, but my policy is you must transfer my money to my account same day,

You were not informed? The worst thing you can do to your business is to employing a Nigerian staff. Dangote knows this that's why he brought in Indians. The Nigerians he had in place at the refinery what did they start doing? Cannibalizing parts from his refinery and selling to iron condemn.

We ran Nigerian airways down, ran down Nitel, PAN and the railways. Nigerians build nothing and can maintain nothing. If you are stupid enough to employ a Nigerian, it is only going to be a matter of time before they start eating up your company like termites.
