Crypto is not an asset!
You can make temporary gains from it by trading i.e. buying and selling.
But it is not a store of value (asset)
Be warned!

Okay bro. Let get started:

What kind of phone do you got? Download this app - *Blockchain*, create an account and let me know after you’re done doing that..
I tried sign up but it says unable to process, unable to create my wallet..try again later. Why?

The app I downloaded is shown below, the one titled Blockchain.com. I use Samsung A14

Where do i download the app?
How do i credit my Blockchain wallet pls?

I really want to make money with crypto.
PulaPower:
They’re telling you the truth cuz it will still rise back. There was a time btc was $3k, $5k, $10k… Now, $100k plus today..

If you sabi how to invest in the btc, it’s a very good investment! One of the best!

Btc is not something you trade by yourself, personally. It’s the dollar market that does the trading. So, if you see anybody telling you to come invest in one trading of btc, it’s a scam. Btc is something you buy and keep!

If you want to invest in btc, you’ll have to do it yourself. Download Blockchain & register. After registration, you’ll see your private wallet. Then visit Paxful website, buy, for example $50 btc. It will be credited into the blockchain ( wallet) you created… Then leave it there.

Btc is now $112k. Let say you buy $50 today and tomorrow, it goes up from $112 to $130k, check your wallet, your $50 would have been around $80 - which means, you’ve gained $30. You can choose to sell the $30 and buyers will credit you naira into your account and you can choose to leave it for further $ grow. You can wake up another day and see that it has gone up again from $130k to $150k, your own money go grow up again..

That’s how to make money from btc..

How do you guys play dis crypto of a thing? I want to start it.
CoronaVirusPro:
Only greedy and emotional people lose money in crypto.

What were you expecting when tokens were hitting all time high?

If you did not pull out then, then your emotions got you there.

When others are crying about the dip, the smart ones are buying up again.

So no one makes money from crypto?
DeLaRue:
Been saying it for years, buying crypto is a loser's game. And it is a game. Exactly like playing Baba Ijebu or online betting, only more glamorous.

One Satochi, allegedly from Japan, created this thing, bitcoin, which he tagged a currency.

It is not backed by Gold, or government paraphernalia. You can't use it to buy bread, pay for transport or rent, or much else anything. It does not support any form of production. It is not even a physical thing you can touch or feel. It's basically just a number generated by a program/ code grin

A group of young Americans hyped it up, told the rest of the world it is the next global currency. They sucked in people from poor countries like Nigeria who pump money into it. And then those Americans manipulate how and when it falls and rises making sure they make the most money while the deluded and clueless ones from poor countries wallow in loses.

It is all fantasy. It is MMM.

I challenge anyone to explain here how it is fundamentally different from playing Baba Ijebu or online betting.

How do you guys make money from crypto?
rossovu:
Agony as how na? All staunch crypto investors know that corrections are inevitable, when that happens, they log off and wait or buy the dip cus It will definitely go back up, and you only lose when you sell.

Where can one buy physical gold?
DomPerignon:
Nah .

This isn't a phase but rather the beginning of a very deep slippery slope.

The crash is deliberately being orchestrated by the whales who want to retire the existing USD and roll out their own central bank digital currency which has since been rolled out.

The stupidity of crypto was basing its worth on a fiat currency issued by a central bank.

Why they couldn't figure out that the guys who print the fiat currency will pump as much same fiat liquidity to own the largest wallet share of same crypto shows how dense most of these crypto traders are.

You better pull out now and use what's left to go and buy gold and by gold I mean physical gold and not those digital fake gold you buy online that are still being pushed by central banks that don't have an ounce of gold in their vaults.

Where do i buy this gold?
Jughead29:
Crypto may rise and still dump again.... Why?

Investors have found an alternative ie Gold for now till all this tariff war susides. Chinese investor also have adopted gold

My advice, buy gold for now, to be profitable in this game. You must take the direction of whales as a retainer else you'll cry blood

That would take me a lot of time to do.

The BASIC idea is buying low and selling high. If you want to go long term, invest in the top 2- Bitcoin and Etherium. Your entry point should be during a mega crash.

Where can one buy physical gold?
Depends on where you are.

In Lagos, there are several gold markets. Or just ask an Aboki FX dealer. Most deal in gold

You've got to sign up at a trading school brr. Or you could simply teach yourself by watching trading videos on YouTube (you can start from here, then sign up at a trading academy when you've got the funds)

Yes. It is necessary because they'll teach you the basics and how to manage risk.

But your experience as you continue to trade would be what would give you the edge in trading.

If you are in Lagos, there's one in Allen, at Ikeja. And it will cost you at least 100k to register.

If you can't afford the fee, you can at least watch other traders videos on YouTube, you can learn from them. When you eventually get profitable, you can then enrol in an academy.

Personally, I taught myself from reading ebooks and watching videos. Went to an academy just after i made my first $220.
