It was a waste of time and public fund.Kenyans have regretted their part in aiding for the kidnapping.I wish Buhari was alive to face trial for this miscarriage of justice. |

WizardOfNG:Even his visit to trade fair and meddling in matters that have an ethnic coloration should be avoided by a man who wants to be president of a multi ethnic country. Okay your Ibo brothers will support you but their votes are not enough and you alienate those whose votes you need. Personally I have always felt (and said as much on Nairaland) that Atiku dumped him because he added no value to the PDP ticket in 2019. PDP actually got less votes in the SE than in 2015. Ofcourse Atiku did not factor that Obi would leave the party. The point though is that the Ibos have no one else to vote for so he doesn’t have to pander to them at the expense of alienating other voters. They will vote for him whether he appears at trade fair or not because they are not voting for the man Obi, they are voting for the Ibo in the man. So their vote is secure! Unfortunately for him he is not intelligent enough to figure that out and as a consequence each time he betrays his inner self and loses supporters. |

chiagozien:Equally condemnable! Those who tolerate terrorism and terrorists under any guise whatsoever will live with it!! That is one of the reasons Northern Nigeria is not a desired destination for anyone who values safety, progress and general advancement in life. I know what I am saying. I have firsthand experience. I am blessed to be alive today after the near-death experience in the North when terrorism played out in broad daylight! |

PO must take the lead by joining the criminal/illegal protest on Monday. There's no need for him whimpering on X! DSS go use the sectionally biased man take shine. Little wonder he never condemned MNK's criminal method of seeking for the dismemberment of Nigeria while his goons turned the SE into a Gaza of sorts . If PO missteps, he would find himself becoming a cellmate with MNK in the DSS custody and heaven will not fall. See person wey want come rule Nigeria. A secessionist leader in disguise! @hotseat |

I can't imagine hearing this from a potential president of Nigeria. It shows this man PO is bereaved of ideas and should not be called a leader at all. He is a real tribal bigot. He should go and listen to all the video clips of his brother when he was inciting his army of killers against his brothers and other Nigerians. This man can never win any presidential election in this country by saying NK should not have been arrested at all. Evidence of being a terrorism apologist. |

WizardOfNG:If she is not more disgusted for the apc govt that's negotiating with fulani bandits that are currently killing and kidnapping innocent nigerians then she doesn't have any moral rights to criticise or be angry with obi for supporting the freedom of nmk who is only fighting for his long marginalised igbo people. |

This man was stylishly supporting terrorists; he's now openly supporting his terrorist brothers. This is the same man who expects sane Nigerians to vote for him? You have got to be kiddin' me. He should be ashamed of himself. But he has no shame; he lies with convenience, hypocrisy is his second name. |

WizardOfNG:Buhari and tinubu were sympathetic to bokoharam and even rehabilitated most of them. There was NO NEED to arrest Nnamdi Kanu. That is a Fact!!!. worst case scenario dialogue with him or ignore him. Why did the army invade his house and begin the escalation of tensions and violence? |

casualobserver:You must be a joker if you think by obi disassociating himself from nmk he will automatically be allowed to get the presidency on a platter if that's the case igbo politicians like joe igbokwe, rochas, umahi and others who has been working against nmk freedom and igbo political interests would have long been rewarded with the presidency. |

Back in the days of former President Goodluck Jonathan, politics was deeply involved in many of the crises — from the kidnapping of the Chibok girls to the frequent bombings in the North. I’m 100% sure much of it was political. There’s a strong possibility that what’s happening now is similar — they may eventually release him, because the people in government are very powerful. Do you remember during M.K.O. Abiola’s time, when there were talks of his release after discussions with the federal government? And then, after some months, look at what happened to him. History never forgets. The fear of Govt is the being of wisdom Only when citizens have one voice that is when we can have changes |

JuanDeDios:Have you ever heard that any Boko haram leader has been arrested? Don't they have leaders? Yes their fighters get arrested, but what happens after that? They get released, so what's stopping them from rehabilitating and releasing MNK too? |
