Permission for what exactly

All these an!malistic thinking you people do amaze me, I am sure you are a young Nigerian, And you asking this kind of question.
They are 100s of people who give food to the poor on the streets on a daily bases, at Jakande Roundabout last time I was in the country I saw people came there to distribute food, they even when with police officers who helped in organizing and making the beneficiaries stay on a single file,..
This is how it is done all over Lagos, how can someone set up cooking pots on the streets of Lekki and a right thinking human is asking the question you just asked if not for mental illness.
Youths like you are the people to lead Nigeria tomorrow, people who don't see anything wrong with this.
The future of Nigeria is gone

They settle the agberos there who in turn remit to the council and sometimes police, it is still like getting an illegal permit but still a permit

Nigerians are sentimental people.
People kept warning this lady about the dangers of what she was doing. Her followers would attack you. Call you a hater and ask why you haven't helped anyone.

So because she is cooking free soup for agberos and street beggers, we no fit see truth talk?
