If I had siblings who are of the age to enter university, I would encourage them. For sure.

Illiteracy is a disease. There are still so many young men and women presently in Russia...Moscow, Petersburg, Kursk, Kazan, etc in the Russian Rederation. So many are still there. Also, there are many private students in the nation. And still other Nigerians married to Russians.

Stay here dey talk rubbish. And FYI, I still encourage many people to apply. These kids mostly move from there to other places. Tons of Nigerians medical doctors trained by Russian yearly. But they pick up the UK or the US board exams from there so they don't return here. Lol. Tons of engineers, agric experts. Tons.

Those that return home can't even fit again. So, they save money and move to the UK or the US. And many of them already have the US visa. So that when they land again and meet people like you, they quickly japa back to the US.

Still not changing my stand in regards to your claim for the record I have two friends in Russia I communicate with them everyday but they haven’t told me anything about being forced to join military or fight in Ukraine so until then all your claims are baseless to me

This is the edge America used to have over other countries, ability to attract potential talents to bolster research and discover mind blowing inventions. Russia and China despite having great minds are looking to further bolster their edge by looking to the future in diversity.

The USA via Trump might end up paying heavily for their highhanded policies on immigration.

FYI, Russia has had educational bilateral relationship with Africa and Asia for free education from Bachelor to masters degree. Then if you want, you can return for PhD. These programs have been on before 1970 sef.

So many Africans are there. FG arranges that of Nigeria. There is an entrance exam to qualify for it that students write every year.

Russia gives free tuition and free accomodation, plus a token stipend per month. Nigeria Then gives the students monthly stipends too. As at 2012 that I know they were collecting up to $600 or so per month from the Nigerian govt. I am sure it is more than this today.

Whatever it is my own advice is that people going for this should be very cautious not to end up in war front.

Even if your passport has expired especially for those using tourist visa, they will ask you to join army or get deported. It's your choice to make.
I'm not painting them good anyways but just slow down on those your lies and know that many of us Nigerians are living here and make living. Some relocates or stay permanently if they wish.

All the big nations are coming to Africa to pretend they are interested in helping Africa to come to their level, while in reality they are applying diplomatic measures to keep Africa perpetually under their control. I don't blame them anyways.

What of African leaders who don't want to get united to move the continent forward in spite all the mineral resources which if properly managed, will make Africa even greater than many other continents. Every African country is trying to teach one of more European languages for their citizens to remain internationally relevant, but none of those European nations want to teach their citizens any of the African languages in their schools. Where is the balancing in international diplomatic relevance?

Most of the people who get enrolled intheir military for war are trapped there. They are illegal there migrants. The offer is for them to get Russian passport when they return.
