A thread on front page suggested the ill-fated presidential amnesty list would be reviewed due to the deafening public outcry some names on the list have generated.

The thread had the attorney general giving tonnes and tonnes of excuses why some names appeared on the list. Before now, folks like Bayo Ononuga have regaled their minions with same plethora of lame excuses why some names appeared on the list.

The excuses continues to pour in, from the mundane to the absurd to the unthinkable!

The attorney general even blamed it on the low level officers who compiled the list.

Guys, how did we get here?

So, some low level officers compiled this list, then passed it to the high level officers who assigned the job to them, and these high level officers okayed the list and passed down to the presidency and their appendages, who ultimately passed the list to tinubu the president. And tinubu, satisfied with the list, grabbed it like a trophy and headed to the council of state meeting.

And the council of state applaused! Not that they had any iota of right to reject the list or any part of it anyway. It was Tinubu's show.

And vroom, the news went viral!

All APC appointees and minions were thrown into a fit of wild jubilation! Their president finally decoded the solution to the problems comforting Nigeria! They opened countless threads here, regurgitated on X and elsewhere.

While at it, they lashed out at any dissenting voice or opinion. They called critics haters, unpatriotic and sore losers, but this is not even the issue.

The real issue is, if they are now considering to review the list due to public outcry, pray, what else have they done in secret that is hunting this country that we do not know about?

What agreements have they entered into by way of collecting loans, signing MOUs etc?

If they couldn't get right something as simple as compiling a local presidential amnesty list, what other surprises await the already traumatized Nigerian masses?

Are there still anyone out there who are in doubt that tinubu is not fit to govern this nation but due to a huge financial war chest, bamboozled his way to aso rock?

Didn't the world see the gaffes during the last presidential campaigns?

Friends and foes alike, are we not living witnesses who watched with utmost frustration how tinubu was told to test the microphone by his handlers and he mistook it for what looked like a giant lollipop and started licking it? His wife standing by his side could not believe what she saw even.

What about the gazelle garagau bulaba debacle and many others too numerous to mention?

Tinubu is not in charge. Never was!

Doesn't have the mental capacity to do so. It could be age related, it could be a mental capacity comprised early in life.

It's common knowledge he loved hard drugs more than he loved pounded yam and egusi soup.

Guys, how did we get here?

Should tinubu be allowed to continue in 2027? Or should we just call for his impeachment right now?

Tinubu has proven time and time again that he is only sagacious and astute in playing politics, howbeit, politics of manipulation, of coercion and do or die! He has no real idea what governance is or should be.

His politics is what Yorubas, his own kit and kin call "Babasowipe politics", meaning everyone must bow to the emperor or else...

Those who dared to be different are quickly labelled as betrayers!!!

Tinubu is not loved but only followed because he has a deep pocket (Lagos vault), and ready to dish it out to those willing to suck his PMB(private male bag).

How did we allow such a disaster and his motley crowd of incompetent appointees be the deciders of our national destiny?

For me, by his latest statement, the AGF just insulted the office of the president. How can the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria announce something and you come out and say the announced list will still undergo review.
This shows the 'anyhowness' of this administration. No leadership, just a bunch of guys contradicting themselves.

It is because the president is not in charge. Forget about the appearances and propaganda.

This is the sad state Nigeria has found itself with desperately despicable people in government with no iota of what it means to be in power. Such a terrible calamity to befall this nation

Terrible is an understatement!!!

This goes beyond terrible. It is pervasive and repugnant to everything noble!

It is what it is.

Nigeria is an orphan without anyone to fight for her. Let's just say in this country, crime pays more than good conduct.

Tinubu and his APC would finally implode from within because the baggage they carry is about to consume them.
