Wahab Aisha, a young woman from Edo State, was reportedly kidnapped last week Saturday at Igbira Camp. Her abductors are said to be demanding a ransom of ₦20 million for her release.

In a short video circulating online, Aisha was seen in tears, pleading with Nigerians to help raise the remaining ransom money for her freedom. Pointing to her swollen legs, she said in Pidgin English, “See my legs, dem don swell up, I no fit waka again. Abeg help me, make dem no kill me."

&Kidnapping shouldn't be that difficult to solve, especially in this era of high tech, because the operation leaves a lot of clues for security operatives to exploit.
Even the process of ransom payment can track down the culprits.

&Kidnapping is such a terrible crime even worse than robbery. Robbers will just operate & you count your losses. But Kidnappers will leave you & your loved ones traumatised throughout the duration of the kidnapping & afterwards.

Unfortunately, this is some of our multiproblems as a nation. No database to track these criminals. No satellites, CCTVs, IP address locators, etc., that are common place in other places. We have these hydra-headed security challenges, and some people want to streamline them all to religion and tribe. SMH. i hope this lady survives and the criminals get caught.
