It is safe to say most are getting the funded to enrich themselves.

Bengaluru placed at 15 is next to the main silicon valley in term of employee count or turnover of companies , Bengaluru city alone generates 100 billion in GDP output .

Its inhabitants are the most elite in the country.
They always find a way out of every economic challenge that is bedevilling the country without relying too much on the government of the day.

And this is the more reason, why I want Ibadan to be granted a state too. So that this melting pot of industry (Lagos) can be extended all the way to that huge and hospitable city (Ibadan) in order to spur Nigeria to new heights of developmental achievements.

Former alaafin of Oyo Arisekola Alao and others did Ibadan a very bad thing by blocking the creation of Ibadan state by Abacha....If all the former regional capital became a state as kaduna-kaduna,Enugu-Enugu,why can't we have Ibadan-Ibadan...and Ibadan is even more qualified

Well, this isn't just a "Lagos thing" as you find this as a global phenomenon especially in this AI race. Investors are putting money into diverse AI products with a potential and alot end there but the margin of profitability far outweighs the loss so they will keep at it!
