Knowing about bitcoin in 2010 (two years after Nakamoto unveiled it) was privileged information. I knew about it in 2018 and made some bucks from it. However, I was still too scared to invest in it. I wish I did though.

The easiest way to make such money is through research and innovation. I was shocked to find out that OpenAI that was founded 10 years ago is now worth $500 billion because they launched ChatGPT in 2022. Nigeria still dey far!

ABU Zaria, UNN Nsukka, UI, UNILAG and UNILORIN are top Nigerian universities that have produced the best of the best in fields of banking, law, engineering, medicine, education etc

Again, another salient but silent part is that students from these ivy leagues were either already children of billionaires and or provided the connection to prosperous other individuals.

These are not the oldest universities in the world.
I think they were rewarded by the US-led capitalism and China is gradually planning to displace the US universities.

Did you notice that UK universities that make up UK's equivalent of ivy league are completely missing on the list yet Europe and UK have much older universities.

I didn't see London School of Economics, Oxford, Cambridge, Uppsala, Utrecht, Leipzig, Paris-Saclay etc...

These have produced more Billionaires and laurets than say an MSU...

Don't be hard on Nigeria, guys. Universities in most top countries in the world (UK, Germany, France, Canada, etc.) don't make the cut.

Bros they don't count political agberos and bandits in power. Those ones are thieves and criminals. They're supposed to be behind bars. If you trace the source of wealth of most Nigerian politicians and their patrons in business, no matter how rich, you will find out that one way or the other, it was black money from politics. Do we have real pure and clean billionnaires in Nigeria, not to talk of Unilag or Uni anything in this country? What we call contract to do road or build schools is actually a crime scene in other countries. Padded budgets, padded procurements, padded estimates, sub-standard delivery, all these are crime scenes. But these are what some people flaunt as wealth. The real rich people in Nigeria are those who hustle truthfuly and are not many.

That's false. There are many countries whose currencies have more numeric value than the US dollars.

You gotta give it to those people. They are pouring so much money into research and innovation. That keeps them and their universities ahead.

They don't produce nada.

Why can't they admit ordinary students, not the one with high grades who already have propensity to do well in life.

They attract people like Mark Zuckerberg (he eventually did not finish the university) who even if they did not attend the university are already doing well academically.

Those universities are not better than other universities who are not on the list. They are only opportunistic universities taking glory where they did not work.

I challenge them to admit normal student using the same threshold used by other universities who are not on the list and let see whether the "excellency" of their academic program can give them the same outcome.

They can only decieve the unsmart. Harvard is not the best university.... they can be call the best until they admit normal student like some other university and then train then to be the best.
