the type of comment on this thread shows the quality of unfit low self-esteem men on this platform. there’s nothing wrong about a guy building his body the way he desire.

Fact about guys like this..
1. they are very disciplined. it takes a high level of discipline to stay true to a diet plan when building muscles.

2. they aren’t poor either. Gym rat’s aren’t broke as most people assume, not everyone does 9-5. visit i-fitness gym on admiralty way on a Monday morning, and see guys pulling up with mad suv, great place to network too or find the love of your life.

3. increased bedmatics and stamina. i give this one to sonnobax, his comment cracked me up grin

4. increased appetite, no big deal here.

5. not every gym bro is on steroid as most people assume. Just have a proper diet plan and supplement (whey protein and creatine supplement) and this type of body structure is very attainable in a year

6. women secretly complement guys built like this, they hate to admit, but deep down they know it’s true. the same way men compliment women with beautiful face and body. when you’re built like this, your sexual appeal is increased.
i’m not generalizing, but statistically if we organize a survey, most women and men inclusive will pick men built like this over some lanky looking dude.

if you think this type of muscle structure is too much then what would you call men built like ronnie coleman?

I think it’s a lifestyle thing coupled the illusion of being a woman’s man. Cos there are many ways for me to maintain my body without focusing only on the upper part of the body. I prefer being all round built than focusing on getting shredded all round and nothing concerns me with body count. If I get my percentage, I’m cool. I prefer to be rich and moderately built than be shredded and have to beg my gf for funds. Only advantage i see there is being intimidating and women love that cos they feel they can be protected but Wetin concern me🤷‍♂️

So I’ll always chose the CR7 fitness to Mike Tyson style anytime of the day.
