So according to your first sentence, each tribe must vote for their own? The letter ‘P’ in psychology has more usefulness than you.

I'm more interested in how we are going to monitor our votes. If we can monitor our votes and curb electoral malpractices to atleast 10 percent then we are good to go. All these talking without reforms or making our vote counts will amount to nothing. Cos the BAT I know will do everything to win..
