Nigeria's democracy has never found itself in its current state, just because one man is scared of facing opponents in an election. It is things like this that make the rumours of a coup very popular among the populace. |

Even if the convention holds, there would still be litigations, the crisis continues. |

AMINDA:This is wrong. Very very wrong. As useless as the PDP were, why dont you allow them to do their thing. This is not fair at all and it makes no sense one bit. And when coup or something else happens you go dey blame the military Why using the judicary and kangaroo judgements to stop the normal process of your opponents? |

Putindbutt:Are you really conversant and accustomed to Nigerian politics? You should be objective the party is not useless it is only one and only person holding the party to ransom and it is Wike with this woke and outright miscarriage of justice delivered by his sorrugate you will know that it is Nigeria Democracy that is a joke not PDP. |

James Omotosho, a notorious judge used by Wike to deal with his opponents. I wonder how effective the judicial council is. They see all these blatant violation by corrupt judges but fail to act against them. |

AMINDA:The fact that Tinubu is smarter and a better politician than the previous presidents doesn’t warrant your tears. |

I think PDP has faced enough problems. Let them sort out themselves. So we can have a viable opposition |

| Re: PDP Crisis: Court Freezes 2025 Convention Plans by peleson1: 8:56pm On Oct 19, 2025 |
fergie001:What are likely the actions because looking at spc, they are having similar issues regarding enugu state and such litigations will also stall spc so it seems and if the APC argue it's an internal party affairs then PDP can also run on that .. Pls shade more light ... For me,the court should allow PDP run their party . APC run their own even akpabio and Ahmad lawan did not win their primary election to become senators and those who won were denied the party ticket and tickets were given to akpabio and lawan respectively and the court allowed it this is very gross in democracy so why can't same court allow PDP have say in their own party when it is clear that APC is using elements like wike to cause troubles!? These criminal legal system Tinubu has adopted is giving credence to the rumoured coup |

Igirigimercenar: peleson1:First things first, this is an interim order with the Judge looking for a way to attract attention before getting to his predetermined destination. No Court can stop the Convention of a Political Party. It is within the internal affairs of a Political Party... Again, this is Wike, not Tinubu. Omotosho was the Judge who kick-started the order that sank Fubara.... The Judgement will be read out before the end of October. How can 3 Chairmen of a Party sue that leadership structures should be restored in States that are not even in their zones? What is the suit about? issues surrounding the South-South zonal leadership, party structures in Cross River, Akwa Ibom, and Plateau States, as well as the micro-zoning arrangement for the convention. A. This is long foregone. The South South "Calabar Carnival" illegally did hold months ago and has been overtaken by events. Days before the said zonal election, the NWC rightly cancelled and installed a caretaker committee, same was done in other States. Just like the Enugu APC Chair during the National for disbanding the State Exco. Infact, it is now academic as the Court cannot appoint leaders for any Party, it is academic and is within the internal affairs of a political party, no court can adjudicate on the same suit. B. Micro-zoning offices is not for the court to determine. It dwells within the domestic affairs of a political party. What is the business of a court within leadership positions or structures within a Party? This is not the plot.... There is a bigger game most aren't seeing. Only the PDP NEC can say authoritatively today, say the Convention will be rescheduled, even the NWC cannot. |

Putindbutt:Common sense should tell you that everybody pointing fingers to Wike and his foot soldier judge Omotoso and his kangaro judgement at the comment section means there is no fire without smoke. Secondly, tell me in which part of the Nigeria constitution or judicial law that prohibits a client to change its lawyer(s) then going by the scripted kangaroo judgement dished out by the temple of injustice the judge said the injunction giving to the stoppage of the November National in Oyo state is for everybody to maintain status quo and not because the party legal advicer was changed as you might alleged. |
| Re: PDP Crisis: Court Freezes 2025 Convention Plans by peleson1: 6:53am On Oct 20, 2025 |
fergie001:So if this said judge has been getting away with predetermined and bias cases and very notorious in his feelings, what has he not be petitioned or the matter taken away from him? Again looking at what you have established, it is evident that the legal system has allowed APC leadership to enjoy freely what they same legal system has refused PDP to enjoy creating a disparity in their judgement and approach so in this ilegality ,what should people of good conscience do and what should PDP do and what deterrent should be waybilled to this fraudulent James omotoshe of a judge causing problems and giving criminals like wike advantage using court . For me James is partial ,partisan and deserve hanging |
