A Nigerian lady has shared her shocking experience after a reputable hospital allegedly misdiagnosed her with stage 3 cancer.

In a video showing her clean-shaven head, she revealed that the hospital’s mistake caused her immense physical and emotional pain. According to her, she has already filed a lawsuit against the hospital and promised to release full details of everything that has happened so far.

She claimed that the hospital was using students to handle patients, and that she was given chemotherapy despite not actually having cancer. She recounted how she almost lost her life during the treatment, saying what saved her was returning to Lagos for further medical checks. “They’re killing people there!” she exclaimed in frustration.

In her words, she said, “It’s crazy that a doctor would do this to me. They damaged me… they finished me.”

Pointing to her shaved head, she added, “Look at my scalp; it’s even burnt already. So this is what a Nigerian hospital can do to you.”

She further explained that although the hospital has been pleading for an out-of-court settlement, she has refused, insisting that she will wait for the court hearing. She also called on her followers to help her tag VDM, saying she will soon call out the hospital by name and expose everything publicly.

But this Lady should have confirmed the Cancer diagnosis from 2 or 3 other hospitals before being subjected to cancer treatment...

If Hospital A tells you that you have Cancer or HIV, tell them thank you.

Then go and confirm from Hospital B and C just to clear your doubts...

Cancer diagnosis is not Malaria 🦟 🦟 🦟 diagnosis that you can take from one source lightly...

Go to other places and clear your doubts before starting any treatment..

Temu Nigerian doctors have done another one.

Even in UK and USA, wrong diagnosis happens. It is part of the profession as doctors are human.

Hospitals this days are full with quacks. Some are just there like vampires looking for whom to practice what they learn in med school.
A colleague of mine had a deep cut on his finger. He got to a Hospital, instead of the doctor (student doctors) to sew the cut, they decided to use bandage only to cover the cut.
After several weeks, the cut on the hand wasn't healing. My colleague decided to go to another hospital. conclusively, the new doctor in the new told the guy "they made a mistake by now sewing the cut instantly" that's why the cut wasn't healing
My God help us all.

If private hospitals know they cannot afford to hire experienced consultants and surgeons, isn’t the right thing to do to close down that hospital instead of endangering lives with wrong diagnosis?

What a senseless take! There should be no compromise in standards for whatever reasons! Do you know how much those private hospitals charge Nigerians? They charge so exorbitantly yet fail to render commensurate services! Private hospitals in Nigeria would sell ₦300 paracetamol to patients for ₦5000 after removing the blisters to ensure you don't see that it's paracetamol. Theirs is just about making huge profits off patients and the MD and his family will be leaving large while patients are dying in their slaughter houses they call hospitals!

Honestly, Nigerian governments are not serious at all! The lawlessness they allow to thrive in this country is mind blowing! Regulate the pharmaceutical sector, they say no. What of hospitals? It's a no no for our government! They only make fantastic laws on papers without enforcements! It's too bad!

My cousin was diagnosed of tuberculosis here I. Nigeria, he was taking the drugs for years, till he went to France and they told him he's never had tb but just cold.. they told him if he had taken Thor meds for another 3 months he would have become deaf.. till today he uses a hearing aid
