He is in direct contempt of court by participating in a protest to free an individual that he is holding brief for in an ongoing criminal case.

I remember years ago when I and other patriots were telling Kanu and his followers about the danger of what is bringing upon himself, many called us many names saying the British Soldiers, American army will come and rescue him because he is this, because he is that but today now, the people that hailed him into detention are enjoying their own freedom while Kanu is being held by the government.
