Rega99:You don buy market, because it's going to be a very difficult journey but my advice is to stay strong, I've been there, the issue is not the abortion because the baby might have not survived with time, your wife problem is hormonal imbalance, go for insemination or IVF to save yourself from the mental and financial stress that comes with it, my wife pregnancy always resulted to miscarriages then ectopic pregnancy and she lost one of her ovarian tube, the other healthy one cannot produce strong egg, we did try every other options but nothing work, wasted thousands of Dollars, my doctor called me and told me the only way out is IVf. First IVF failed because we had sex after some after she conceived, then I went again for the second one, we were told no sex for the 10 months. I followed the advice and we end up with a twins, a boy and girl. insemination is cheap but IVF is very expensive and the worst part is the follow up treatment until your wife give birth, sometimes retrieved egg can be freezed if madam has problem recovering from the retrieved egg, it can be emotional and financial derailing I don't know the price of both in Nigeria, wish you all the best |

Rega99:I'm not an expert on this topic but PCOS is linked to insulin resistance and insulin resistance is linked to type 2 diabetes. I have done a bit of research about it in the past. Tell her to stop excessive consumption of junk food and sugar/carbs and also start exercising. It's hormonal issue most likely caused by diet and lifestyle choices. |

I am more worried about you than the PCOS! My greatest concern is when you said VERY SOON PEOPLE WILL START ASKING QUESTIONS Did you marry her for them? It is important that you are seeking for solutions early, but one year is not enough to be troubled and your life should not be based on public opinion. Rega99: |

Rega99:When they start asking questions, tell them to go mind their own business. I'm assuming you love your wife and you want your marriage to last. |
