Hope this protest won't happen in Lagos because we lagosians still remember how they destroyed Lagos on the orders of Kanu 5 years ago. They can protest all they want in Abuja or the south east but they shouldn't try any nonsense in Lagos..
don't worry, by the time bandits from Kwara and kogi overrun ekiti, osun and Ibadan, you Yoruba people will desire to organise a protest in Lagos and you will see the other southern tribes taunting you rather than support you given the way you rejoice at their misery. Every other tribes are watching Yoruba behaviour and noting it. Before tinubu finishes his 2nd tenure, bokoharam and bandits would have reached Lagos or overrun most of the south west - looking at their current speed

Is like Sowore will just look at where in can put his head to protest.

I'm not again him or supporting anybody or taking side but I'm just like saying my opinion in relation to the happening.

He will just look at somewhere to protest. It seems he's really catching out big time from all the protests here and there.

Holding someone for years now without any proper judgement is gross injustice

I don't like the kanu of a guy, but for God's sake how has the trial lasted this long. And yes SE has every right to feel that this injustice is because kanu is Igbo, especially looking at the VIP treatment Bandits and boko haram who have killed hundreds are getting
,let his lawyers enter his defense, they are the ones delaying, instead of entering his defense they went to protest,, they gave them till 25th, so who is delaying, kanu is very unlikely gonna make it free, evidence against him is much, he was so talkative and acted senselessly

He that thinketh that he's wiser than others is actually the most foolish among men.

In other words, you're not more reasonable than anyone here.on this platform, far from it and don't ever think so, you're only operating at the level your reasoning can take you base on your judgement.

We don't have to agree or see issues from the same view point. Do your own thing and allow others to do theirs without insults.

Nice one! No retreat no surrender!

The primary reason why most people are agitating for the release of Nnamdi Kanu is because of what they perceive as the glaring injustice of freeing others like Igboho, holding peace meetings with bandits/terrorists and incentivizing them while Kanu remains incarcerated. The feeling of unfairness is justified.
You're not being reasonable.

Did Igboho call for killing of uniform men in the south west?

Did Igboho call for the lock down of south west every Monday?

Did Igboho call for the burning of brt buses in Lagos in 2020?

Most of you are unreasonable people. You sit down at home and typing no retreat, no surrender.

You will forever be remembered for even if people don't recognize you, at least you won my heart.

To solve Nigeria's problem doesn't require much, just be fair, just and empathetic to others. Carry every tribe and region along and govern with love and all Nigerians will love you and wish you well.

But some people said no they prefer a nation run on injustice, bias, marginalization and wickedness, we shall see
Right, Victor Banjo did more than this and it didn't stop Ojukwu from killing him cold blooded.

Human rights activist and former African Action Congress (AAC) presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, on Monday described the continued detention of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), as a symbol of Nigeria’s deepening social injustice, warning that public anger could soon erupt into a massive nationwide movement.

Mr Sowore addressed a crowd around the popular Utako Market, Abuja, where the protesters regrouped after the initial disruption of their demonstration near Transcorps Hilton Hotel in the Maitama District on Monday.
Building media images for campaign

Some did same with EndSARS unfortunately.

Remember this comment in the Future, if in doubt

Igboho's clamour was about Fulani leaving all SW because of their madness. He was hunted and a lot of his people were killed.
He was arrested in Benin and went through the normal processes until he was released.
He was and is not the leader of Yoruba Nation.
Either Igboho or Yoruba Nation, none announced for years that their followers should unleash terror on Nigerians as Nnamdi Kanu consistently did.
Ekpa that didn't do up to Kanu has been jailed for 6 years.
To be frank,he would have been freed but your govs and some politicians in the East should be pressured and pronto!

What's important is symbolism of the struggle. And he achieved that.

Thank you Sowore, for awakening the conscience of Nigerians and international community on the grave dangers of suppressing voice of dissents in Nigerian polity.

You want him to stay and receive bullet for kanu? Let his brothers go and collect police bullets on his behalf.

He has done his part by organising and leading a protest for government to release kanu.

I can't believe that some Nigerians are actually protesting for the release of Kanu the terror master. Atiku and Obi were even calling for his release while Sowore the unserious dude is actually busy distabilising our peace for Kanu to be released back to the street.
Do these activists and protesters really the number of security agents and civilians who had been killed by IPOB/ESN based on the instructions from Kanu? The number of kids who have been turned into orphans?
I believe that Sowore should be arrested and charged with terrorism. That's what USA would do

Asking for the freedom of a person like Kanu is like asking for the freedoms of everyone convicted of murder crimes serving in prisons. The government should fast-track his trials and the appropriate judgement given for treasonable felony should be passed to him.

For this senseless Sowore, I think this administration is being too lenient with him. He’s gradually becoming a public nuisance and something needs to be done about that.
