He went against court order and that's y they went after him, they didn't just wake up n go after him n that is the reason he wasn't granted bail this time around cos he could flout it again.

It's only yeye and evil person go dey say NK jumped bail. What level of stupidity that can be called. Why are people just being wicked. We all know how he was attacked by the federal government through the military and you will open your mouth to say he jumped bail. For escaping death.
He caused the reason the military came for him. He violated his bail condition.

You people want the protesters to obey court orders while the federal government chooses the court orders to obey I thought the court have granted kanu bail in two different occasions
a typical nnamdi kanu fan

They know nothing about his court case but keep parroting lies told to them by propagandists.

Appeal court strucked out all the case they had against him but told him to go n answer his case at the federal high court.

Appeal court didn't release him but said they don't have anything against him but he should go n answer his case at d federal high court.

I believe u get it now, he hasn't been granted bail by any court

Get your fact right

hope u know he wasn't attacked, he went against court orders and d bail conditions he signed in court n court ordered his rearrest n he ran away.

Nnamdi kanu himself agreed in court that he will not be seen among people more than 10 and he won't hold any radio broadcast that if he should do any of that then he should be rearrested.

He went out and did all those things n court ordered that he should be rearrested and he ran away, so it wasn't as if soldiers just woke up n went to his house, it was nnamdi kanu that went against what he used his own hand to sign

NK cannot be granted bail as long as the case is still in court because he is a HUGE flight risk.

It is long overdue!! Can any government hold a northerner in jail for that long after numerous courts order for a release.
Igbos need to face the reality that Nigeria is never for them the likes of PMB have shown to their face by different insults, even Tinubu is repeating the same.
The whole SE should be protesting for a referendum by now. And to Nigerian government give them their Biafra before it's too late else the next civil war might break Nigeria into pieces

You guys want them to obey court order by not protesting but can't obey court order for Mnk to be bail. The same people that suppose to follow the rule of law are same people breaking it. So you guys are higher animal others are lower animals

the major conditions he went against was that

1.....he mustn't be seen in the midst of more than 10 people.

2....he mustn't hold any radio broadcast.

These were two of the conditions given n abaribe was his surety, he went against these two conditions by holding meetings n broadcast everywhere in Ibo land n the court had no option other than to call for his arrest.

It was in d course of his arrest that he ran away n since he was bundled back to Nigeria to answer for his case, he wasn't granted bail again cos he was declared flight risk.

That's not the problem, my problem is why a man who is not mad will like to accommodate his hard enemies in same country where he is.

We don't love you and you don't love us and as a wise man because I don't love you please let us go our ways but each time we say this you gets angry.

Are you sure you are normal?

What is your fear of staying alone with your friendly Fulani brothers who you practice the same religion with?

How to free a man that has not been convicted but trying his best possible to stretch his court stay. Imagine his lawyer protesting. If they sanction him now, and postpone court hearings to 2028, you'll complain.

19th March, 2024

1: FHC denied Nnamdi Kanu’s fresh bail application.

5th April, 2024

2: Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer Ejiofor asked the FHC to reinstate his bail of 2017 that was revoked.

20 May,2024

3: Court denied NK’s bail again.

28 March, 2019

4: FHC revoked NK’s bail.

25 April, 2017

5: FHC granted NK bail.

October 13, 2022

6: Appeal Court granted NK’s bail

October 28, 2022

7: Same Appeal Court granted the request of the past FG not Buhari’s for a stay of execution. The bail is on hold.

December 15, 2023

8: Supreme Court set aside the Court of Appeal’s ruling granted fugitive Nnamdi Kanu’s bail. Asked him to face trial at the Federal High Court.

9: back to 20th May 2024. That is Number (3). That is the latest ruling against FUGITIVE NNAMDI KANU.

10: don’t forget that he escaped and was arrested in your favourite Ruto’s KENYA.

11: it is obvious that @PeterObi intentionally and knowingly decided to mislead Nigerians that the court had granted bail to KENYA’s FUGITIVE NNAMDI KANU.

12: @PeterObi should have written a letter to FG not Tinubu pleading for a political solution if he genuinely believes that Kenya’s man case is POLITICAL.

13: the letter would be “ His Excellency, My President”, I bring you good tidings from @NgLabour and how is work and family?

14: @PeterObi is an emergency lover of Kenya’s fugitive Nnamdi Kanu
Cheap monicker......how much will I pay you to defame someone please, I need to do this within this week, am coming to you because I know you lack integrity and purpose of living...

The Court of Appeal's Decision: In October 2022, the Court of Appeal in Abuja discharged and acquitted Kanu, ruling that his "extraordinary rendition" (illegal abduction and transfer from Kenya to Nigeria) violated Nigerian and international laws, thereby stripping the trial court of jurisdiction to hear the charges. This ruling ordered his release.
Is this not self explantry bros?
And please check the full legal meaning of discharge and acquitted then revert back for more schooling

Today, Nigerian Police rough handled us Civil Servants and all well meaning Nigerians just going to work around the central business district. I and a lot of people were teargas on our way to work and yes the road was blocked completely and people who made it to around Secretariat were forced out of the arena.
Even someone collapse and police didn't care until people around helped him out of the place.
I wish I had taken pictures to show a clear case of road block and harassment with the teargas.
You this liar will now stand and say you did nothing.
You made us wastes our money to come to work when you could have announced and holiday since you didn't want us to come to work today.
Someone even tried to gain passage by the use of his ID card but was shouted on to go back home.
Only God can help and lastly sowore was somewhere far from us fa and they know it too
