If it's Niger Delta Power Holding Company, it's a nice place but i don't have exact figures, if you have the chance you won't regret it.

How easily can new agencies like nelfund, Creditcorp, etc be scraped by new government, since their mandates aren't backed by acts of Parliament? It's just an executive initiative. So can a new government just scrap it outrightly and what happens to its members of staff?

I don't know for creditcorps but NELFUND is backed by the law,The Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) was established under the Student Loans (Access to Higher Education) (Repeal and Re-enactment) Act, 2024, signed into law by President Bola Tinubu on April 3, 2024. The bill was sponsored by Femi Gbajabiamila, the outgoing Speaker of the House of Representatives, who was later appointed Chief of Staff to the President, any scrapping has to pass throught the same National Assembly.

I don't know for creditors but NELFUND is backed by the law, a bill sponsored by the former speaker the current chief of staff, any scrapping of the NELFUND has to go through The National Assembly

Yes with just an executive order, hardly an agency is created without passing through the National Assembly, I didn't say there are not but there has to be an ACT which will specify how the leadership will be constituted, it source of funding, a clear roadmap and other stuff.

You may kindly wish to double check this information properly because they employed 3 months ago. Very good place to be. 1.8m salary for grade level 12,
13 month payment allowances in millions, Upfront payment every January in millions, quarterly allowance payment every 3 months plus one bag of rice each staff every 3 months. There are other additional allowances.
