Lol.....That's not how it works bro. An Army battalion doesn't move with the whole troops when going for an operation as you stated. In most cases, the number of soldiers deployed for an operation depends on the number or strenght of the enemy. What really matters in a military operation is the equipment deployed in terms of firepower and armored vehicles.

This is no news to Nigerians. So far NK is incarcerated, Boko Haram can have their parties with the heads of NA as they wish. Please don't quote me, am not a government or security official.

BH doesn't have the material power and military war craft to eliminate an entire battalion during ambush. I think the commander was mopping up the terrain with 1 company from the battalion.
