The settings you mentioned are available when you login to the ODU. The IDU doesn't have these settings.

Use 192.168.254.1 to login the ODU and 192.168.18.1 for the IDU.

192.168.254.1 doesn't open on my own ODU

These are basic settings Airtel usually have on their 5G devices.

This time very slowly.
Band lock is different from cell lock.
Band lock is available on the router..
4G/LTE cell lock is not available but 5G cell lock is available..

Well, you're right, there's no DNS just DDNS

To explain further, using my location as an example .
Band 7 has two frequencies , one is faster and better in internet connection.
I can lock the better frequency using my X25 pro because it has a cell lock.
I can't do the same with my ODU router because it has only Band lock.
so with my ODU router , the two frequencies overlaps each other.

My Airtel 5G router has not received any signal since yesterday evening, although it was functioning perfectly prior to that time. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

I paid for an Odu saturday and Airtel hasn't still deployed it. The engineer said there are issues they're trying to resolve.
Do I need to receive the confirmation email about the off number before the engineer can come with the odu

I am facing this same issue. I paid for mine on the 11th and up till now they haven’t come to install it. The installer said they are having issues activating the device and that they can’t install without it being activated. I’m just frustrated at this point. This is the 10th day.

If you're using zlt odu try to login with username: root
Password: admin

I doubt ZTE has the option, except if there’s going to be a new update on the firmware.

You probably saved the login. You may need to go into your browser settings and modify the login.

I changed it to cloudflare DNS which is 1.1.1.1
You can also use 8.8.8.8 which belongs to Google. Since I changed it I haven't had the DNS issue yet

You can't use same dns address on both primary and secondary. I use cloudflare 1.1.1. in primary and use Googles 8.8.8.8 in secondary.
