Good day to all health practitioners.
Due to the situation I find myself, I have been thinking thinking 🤔 in past how is life not favouring and without helpers and other things after graduating from school, but now things are getting better although with the noticeable changes and inability to sleep in the nights I decided to run a medical test where I was told I'm having HBP, cardiovascular issues, liver fat etc. But it's the high blood pressure that promotes the other issues and I was recommended some drugs worth 300k but no money to buy.
Can anyone here recommend genuine herbal remedies or local treatment for me to lower this HBP? May God hear all our prayers 👋.

1) Stop all sorts of refined foods. Eat only natural foods. Avoid processed foods and drinks, especially ones with expiry date. Drink basically water or homemade juices if you have to.

2. Fast! First every morning upon waking up, take some warm water. Ensure it's at least 16hrs from your dinner time the previous day, before taking breakfast, or brunch. This routine will help decongest fat in the Liver and regenerate it as it has the make-up to repair itself depending on the severity. Drink moderately, warm water during the fasting period to hydrate internal organs and burn metabolic waste.

3. Try to have your dinner before 6pm
4. Drop some weight. Drop some weight again.
5. Exercise

Better to avoid oil rich food items. Please stay away from junk food items. Please do exercises regularly and drink plenty of water in the day time. Avoid diary rich food items. Always check your body health with your health care expert or doctor.

Go to a field or walking path and do some jogging or brisk walking for at least 30 minutes.Come back home, take some rest and latter check your blood pressure.You would notice, how low it will show..This is just to show the importance of exercise to our cardiovascular health.Do that consistently while cutting down on your food portion and stopping all ultra -processed food and carbonated drinks.Also,stop the night eating.

I will first advice you to go for a recheck in a reputable hospital. After doing that, if it is then confirmed that you have high blood pressure, don't panick, just follow these few advice from me. Hypertension can be reversed by taking necessary step. For effective management you have to combine healthy lifestyle change with any drug that is recommended in the hospital.

I will advice you as a registered dietitian;
- remove any food that has to do with white flour (pizzas, sharwamas, breads, puff-puff, buns, sausage roll, meat pie, biscuits, ..........)
- remove noodles, pastas, from your diet
- remove any sugary drinks, energy drinks, flavored milk drink, fruit juices from your diet (coke, fanta, nutri-milk, ..........)
- do not cook with all these hydrogenated oils sold in market, start using olive oil to cook.
- increase your leafy vegetable intake, ensure you eat leafy vegetables at every of your meal. Make leafy vegetables at least half of your plate.
- eat whole foods such as beans, lentils, sweet potatoes, brown rice, oats, millets, unripe plantain, salmon, tuna, chicken, turkey
- drink lots of water. Be well hydrated.
- start using ginger, garlic, turmeric in your soups and stews
- start your day with healthy drinks like green tea, hibiscus tea (zobo), black tea.
- eat cucumber, dates, garden eggs, coconuts, .............................
- reduce your stress daily
- ensure you sleep adequately for at least 7 hours
- exercise regularly

Doing all those mentioned above will help you to manage and reverse the condition. If you are overweight and have belly fat? Shedding some weight and burning some belly fat will really help you....

You're absolutely right. Same happened to me. I was invited by someone who is a Neolife marketer for a free medical check up.

After running tests with their nonsense machine, they told me the same thing, that I have liver fat, high BP, etc, and that I should bring roughly 350k for the so-called supplements they listed for me.

I laughed within me cos I'd already gone to a conventional hospital prior to going there, and was given a clean bill of health.

These Neo life people are nothing but scammers.
